Very nice well organized home, great deck & view, great dock for our boat & skis. Made for a wonderful family get together. Great location! We hope to be fortunate enough to stay there again!

We stayed at this home from May 28 - June 11, 2023. On the positive side the view & lake access on this property are great. We have stayed in VRBO/HomeAway rentals many times with mostly good results. However, this property had far too many things wrong, especially considering the price we paid. I find it hard to believe that the owner didn’t already know about them. Following are items we noted that should be fixed: No A/C vents in downstairs bedrooms - this was not shown on the listing & was somewhat of a problem when we were there in late may/early June. But in July or August it would be a really big problem. Again, this kind of problem should not occur at the prices charged. They should add A/C vents to those bedrooms. No windows downstairs - felt pretty cavelike & without A/C in the bedrooms it makes it even worse that there are no windows in the bedrooms to open to even get a breeze. Again it should be mentioned in the listing, no one would think to ask if there are windows in bedrooms. Is that even legal? Broken drawers - many drawers in the kitchen & dining room fall out, open crooked, or won’t open at all; ditto for many bedroom chest drawers. No Wine Bottle Opener - this should be an essential, but there wasn’t one, we had to buy one. Dog poop - neighbor’s dogs were let loose every day & came over to poop in the yard where our grandkids & great grandkids played. And MUCH MORE (ran out of room)

Had a great weekend getaway with our grown kids! House is comfy and has great views!

This was our second time to rent the home. It’s a very nice home with lake front property. The deck is a great place to sit and enjoy the lake. The house is in Grove so it’s close to everything. We rented a boat so the dock was very convenient.

We enjoyed everything about being here! The home is set up perfectly and has everything you could need. The views are amazing! The roads are all paved and well lit. The neighbors are friendly. Our favorite rental so far.

This house was perfect for our yearly family vacation. House was so nice and stocked with everything we could need. Plenty of room for our big family. The deck has amazing views of the lake and the access to the water was a big plus. Homeowners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would love to stay here again!!
