This excellent dwelling is located on one of the most valued areas in Sevilla: Calle Luis Montoto,3 -Puerta de Carmona- just a few minutes’ walk from the centre and the historic part of the city. All of Seville’s well known monuments and most of attractions can be accessed within 15 minutes walking distance.
This is a newly renovated three-bedroom apartment with huge terrace and two and a half baths. The unit is part of an exclusive house by renowned architect Anibal González (the signature behind Plaza de España complex), totally renovated in 2009. The apartment is decorated in a modern style and furnished with comfortable and functional pieces. All utilities are included.Sleeps six people in three bedrooms, plus 1-2 extra guests in folded double bed in living-room.
Regular rate: 130 Euros per night for up to 6 guests (3-night-minimum-stay). 20 euros per night each extra person, up to eight guests. Week: 750 euros for up to 6 guests. 100 euros per extra person/week (8 max.)

Jose Manuel was an awesome host. The property is in walking distance to everything we did in Seville. I would highly recommend. There are a lot of stairs, so I would avoid if stairs are diffucult, but otherwise it worked well for our 8 guests.

The apartment is on a very busy and very dirty street in Seville (which is a beautiful city with many wonderful options for your stay). I chose this property because it was close to most of the attractions (true, Seville is a small town and you can walk to most of the attractions), because it has AC and because it was a washer and drier. and based on the raving review. The rooms and bathrooms were really, really tired and sad. Clearly, a VERY GOOD professional photographer was hired to take some really amazing pictures of a dumpy apartment. Manuel was very nice and quick to respond to all my questions, but I feel really duped and after looking around at other options (we stayed an extra day in Sevilla at a different location) know that you can get a much nicer, charming place for much less money.
