Location, views, spacious and comfortable beds and linen
Normally for this price, we expect a few toiletries, shampoo, bath hats etc. There were soap pump bottles which were difficult to operate and located a long way above bath. We found no instructions for the coffee machine and no pods to put in it. No instructions for fire escape, but perhaps these were all online.

Beautiful and spacious apartment. Amazing location and view. Comfortable beds.
The floors were dirty. Our feet got dirty walking in the apartment. The washing machine did not have a dual-dryer function. Would have been nice to have paper towels.

Incredible location looking at the Florence Duomo and right in all the action.
Very large spacious apartment.
Excellent wifi.
The towels were threadbare - not what you expect for what’s billed as a luxury apartment.
Communication was very patchy, especially when time sensitive.
There were no tea towels provided in the kitchen which was just strange.
