Location was great

Floors so dirty my freshly washed feet got dirty walking barefoot inside cottage. Kitchen cabinets filthy. No garbage bag in kitchen garbage. Stinky bug infested fish cooler with trash inside it left outside the entry of house.

Location was walking distance to beach, restaurants and pier. The cottage kitchen was very well equipped, lots of comfortable beds to sleep in. Roomy

Smoke detector battery needs changing. Ice maker wasn't working properly. Floor was not clean. Bare feet got dirty, and cleaned up a spill, paper towel was dirty!

Location was good. Beds were comfortable.

Comforters on 2 out of 4 beds were soiled and had to be washed and dried before we could retire for the night. The house itself is run down and needs more than a little TLC to meet most modest standards for the $800 fee for 2 nights! Check in at 4 and checkout at 10 boils down to a little over 1 day actually. The entrances both need mats, or pavers as grass and dirt are tracked in constantly. We gave up sweeping fairly quickly.
