Barbara was an excellent host who met us at the property and handed over the keys with a detailed walk-through of the apartments and check out instructions. She thought of everything we could have needed, including providing fresh fruit, snacks, and even different types of chargers (eg iPhone). The location was perfect, access to heart of downtown within a two minutes walking distance. Barbara also gave us names of some wonderful restaurants.

2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment where each room were huge ( bigger than 15x20 ft). The host made it easy by booking cars and making reservations via WhatsApp.
This is a small change. Bologna is known for their food. I thought the restaurants we visited were just ok. Would be good to have a michelin list of restaurants nearby and easy to make reservations there.

So spacious, and every detail was thought out. Probably one of the best apartments we have stayed in so far. Fruit and snacks and water left for us. Great recommendations from the host, even booked our taxi back to the train station for us!

There was excellent communication with Barbara, who met us at the property and handed over the keys with detailed check out instructions. She graciously arranged for our cab ride to the airport as there were 2 separate flights involved leaving at separate times. The property was spacious and impeccably appointed with everything we needed, including fresh fruit and snacks. We were provided with a place to store our luggage between checking out and catching our cab to the airport so that we could explore Bologna without being burdened by luggage.
The location was perfect, allowing access within a few minutes walking distance to all the historic sights. Barbara also gave us names of great restaurants nearby for authentic Romagnolo cuisine.
Everything was wonderful....we only were there for one night.

Location of the property is perfect for exploring the city. The apartment was in very good condition and felt safe and secure. The host was informative and helpful.

The size of the rooms, amazing communication with the host, and the kitchen. I have been to a lot of apartments in Bologna and always cook my own meals when there. The kitchen here did not disappoint and it was by far the best I have ever experienced. I will definitely go back to this apartment and highly recommend it to everyone.

Barbara was a fantastic host! She greeted us upon arrival, and checked up on us during our stay to make sure everything was okay. The apartment is centrally located and an easy walk to Piazza Maggiore. The rooms were all very large and well appointed. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

All the detailed attention when we were welcomed by Barbara, also the on the spot documentation about on going events in the city. The apartment it self was perfect, spacious, spotless, cool temperature and unbeatable location.

10/10. A nice apartment in the city centre. Spacious (we were four people), well equipped, with a lot of natural light. The location is perfect on a quiet street but five minutes from the busiest area. The host was great, very friendly and helpful.

The flat was amazing - the rooms were very big, the central heating was working since it was early April and we could make the rooms warmer or just stop it. The bathroom was very big. All the rooms were quiet. The location of the flat is very good, just minutes from the central square. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need - coffee machine, tea and condiments, fresh fruit, all kinds of cutlery, cups and plates. There were even board games, children's toys, tourist guides and sewing materials. The host was very friendly and welcoming and recommended to us places to eat in the city. She even provided us with a locked room on the first floor of the building to leave our luggage until it was time for our flight.
Everything was perfect, we were very happy with our stay in the flat.

The location is perfect, 5 mins walk to San Petronio, in a very quiet street. The appartment is also very quiet, and quite big, it was incredibly clean and has everything you can think of.
Barbara is a wonderful hostess, she recommended us fantastic restaurants.
