Perfect house for our group.

Perfect place for our long weekend. We were in town for a conference at the Orlando Convention Center and this was a great spot for us to stay. Quick and efficient check in process, clean dwelling, comfortable beds, and lots of space. Would highly recommend staying here.

This house was perfect for our Family Disney Christmas vacation! It was clean, comfortable and very spacious! It accommodated all 9 of us very well! Great location for ease in traveling to and from the airport and all that Disney has to offer!

The check in process was great! Let me just say I definitely enjoyed my stay, BUT there are things that can be improved with this property.
Upon arrival I had to call because there was a weird urine smell, along with spots on the downstairs carpet in one of the bedrooms. They looked like urine stains from a pet to me and my sister. A gentleman came out and stated he didn’t smell anything and the owner had plans to replace the carpet, he then proceeds to say he did smell something but it was the cleaning products the cleaners used!
I also pointed out how the couch was a bit unsettling due to all of the stains and blemishes on the cough! It was a white sectional that definitely needs replacing. The gentleman also advised the owner would be switching out the couch eventually.
The gentlemen left an odor spray with us. There are scratches and scrapes that are noticeable throughout the home, the blinds to the outside pool definitely needs replacing because they kept falling!
Unfortunately this property did have ANTS!! now I don’t know if it’s a Florida thing or what but my sister and her children had ants in their beds and in the bathroom sinks! My sister advised she had been bitten in her sleep! There were also ants in the downstairs bathroom sink. I only found one ant in my room.
Despite what I have listed we enjoyed the space! The pool was nice and clean, the house overall was clean with the exception of a few red spots on a pillow. You can enjoy this home.

The home is absolutely beautiful! The white couch is worn and needs to be replaced. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The hot tub works great. The pool was wonderful. This is a great location and I would recommend it highly for anyone to book in the future.

This layout of this home was perfect for our girls trip. There was space for us to hangout together. It also was spacious enough to have those private quite times to yourself. The house is somewhat outdated and need some minor repairs, but overall it was comfortable.

Best vacation home experience thus far. The pool, lazy river, and jacuzzi up front was icing on the cake. Affordable too. Will be back for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home, in an area with so much to do. There for our daughter’s wedding and everything was perfect, from the home to the venue! Highly recommended!

I ask that the pool heater be turned on which I paid extra for and it was not turned on until I had the call the day of checkin. The breaker continues to trip causing the hot tub to not work. As we entered the property at check-in there was trash in the driveway and in the pool area., as well as, a light bulb blown in one of the bedrooms. I called property management and had to speak with maintenance since property management was never in the office. I also sent an email and did not receive a response. We have stayed at numerous VRBO and Airbnb properties and stay every May at Storey Lake but this is by far the worst experience.

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home, in an area with so much to do. There for our daughter’s wedding and everything was perfect, from the home to the venue! Highly recommended!

My only complaint was that the gate to the community closed around 9:00 pm and we weren't given a key or code to get through the gate. The paperwork just said "Gate Code: Guard". We pressed the call button several times but the guard never answered. Anyway, the few times it happened to us, we just drove around through the opposite side of the gate. Not a big deal, just a little awkward.

We had to wipe it down with clorox wipes as when we got here there were brown and red stains on the couch. No small wash cloths were provided, trash bags, or extra toilet paper. They make the pool look big in the pictures but it's extremely small. Hot tub doesn't get hot. Kitchen counters and dishes weren't clean. The check in process is very inconvenient. Why do I need to drive 20 minutes away from property to check-in. One TV wasn't working in the upstairs living area, we had to move it into a different room.

Could’ve been better
Nice place but not enough towels. No Hot water. Bathroom faucet broke and water was running until maintenance man came which was two hours later.

Would not come back. The neighborhood was run down and the people renting around us were not respectful of others. The house was extremely dirty. Would not walk around the house without shoes on. Carpet was gross.

We’ve stayed in the this neighborhood before, this some is great it’s needs to be a little more updated and clean.. the location is great! The pool was a great bonus! Neighborhood amenities were great!
