Very clean

Clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Please be aware bathroom is made of frosted glass in room, didn't offer a lot of privacy when showering.

The location was great, a short walk to all the sights and everything. I would say it was a fairly safe neighbourhood, didn't have any moments where I felt was unsafe. The staff was also really friendly and helpful.

The room was a lot bigger than expected, and it was fairly new and clean at first sight when entering the room. However, once you get into the room you will see that there are a few spots that are unclean. The bedding and pillow cases had some grey stains on it. There were hair on the floor. The toilet was clean though. We stayed for a few nights and had staff clean our room while we were gone. They helped us fold our blankets and everything, but they didn't vacuum the floor. So after a few days our floor was completely filled with hair (we were two girls staying in a room). The shower also had translucent glass which means you could see the person inside, the toilet too. There was a lack of privacy in the bathroom.

Very beautiful room 10 minutes from anne franks house and the red light district the man at the desk was very friendly.

The aircon made me cough alot not sure if thats just me just thought i would mention

Location only

Room without window, dampness in the room, noise from other rooms, there is no voice isolation at all, poor coffee, no bottled water in the room, no slippers, no robes

it was in an amazing location couldn’t fault it , complimentary coffee machine in reception area can be used at any time, door in room had an alarm so you would be alerted if your door wasn’t closed properly so you felt safe. comfy bed. we got to check in early which was helpful as we had arrived a lot earlier than expected.

small room (however we were barely in it so didn’t really bother us) , sound proofing not good, we could hear people in next rooms having conversations and also house keeping with the hoover outside our door at 9am. I would say it is overpriced based on size of room however you are definitely paying for the location
