The location is excellent, very close to the Chateau Frontenac and in the middle of the old town. We walked everywhere from there. The apartment was well , with a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. The primary bedroom was nicely appointed and comfortable.
One of the two bedrooms was listed as twin beds, but we didn’t know it would be trundle beds. When the trundle was pulled out, it took up almost the whole room, and you couldn’t open the closet. The only storage space was a couple of shelves in the closet, which also housed an air handler. That made accessing our clothes difficult. There was no dresser in the room (to room for anything except the beds), no where to hang up clothing. Nor was there a bedside table or reading lamp. This apartment might be okay for a family with children, but the layout didn’t work well for two couples.

Friendly staff. Location was excellent able to walk everywhere. Clean rooms . Comfort bed and loved the little kitchenette area. Would definitely stay again.

Sympathetic renovations of a very old building into a modern hotel. Brilliant location.
TV useless - too complicated, needing two different remotes with different functions on each but no written instructions (the basic info in the manual was not correct for our room). Staff member assisted but once they left we had the same issue.

Location was awesome
No one there at 10:50pm when we arrived. Someone was supposed to be there until 11. The after hours key system is very confusing and took almost 20 minutes on the phone with someone to figure out how to get in the door. Finally got up to the room and couldn’t figure out the AC. There was only 1 coffee pod and there was “sand” or something in the bathroom
