I like the ambiance, the location and the attention & hospitality i got. The room was okay, everything was as advertised and i wish to use it again when i come to Mexico for another Vacation

The ambiance, Wifi and cleanliness

It’s close to the airport, so a convenient location for overlap. There is a clean pool to use. They provided us with shampoo.

Our shower wasn’t properly working. It almost didn’t give any water.

Convenient to the airport. Organized and efficient check-in process late at night.

Efficient and clean, but just the basics and not particularly attractive. But a very lovely, swimming ‘stream’ right outside the hotel room door.
