Beautiful view from our room. Lovely furnishings throughout the entire building. Honesty bar.

We had to check in at another hotel and then drive to a third location to park. It was rather confusing.

You have everything needed in the room, including bathrobe and slippers which was a really nice finding for me. Huge underground parking, but you have to carry your things in hands, the elevator doesn’t work and it’s located like 100m near bus station. If it’s needed you can leave your car there for some time on a day of departure. Gave a free ticket for a bus, and the bus stop is near the parking, so it can drive you to the cable car to Alp di Siusi. Breakfast was good, but not a huge variety, but still tasty. I guess it’s a usual breakfast with South Tirol.

It’s a bit old fashioned, but everything looks nice! Agree that it was a bit strange to go to another hotel for check in, but I received the message before it so wasn’t confused. The views weren’t amazing and the church is right after the window. But for me it wasn’t a problem.

Centrally located. Exceptional staff. Very Professional and attentive. Eager to help. Room was ample though tub shower was challenging- needed rubber mat to minimize slipping. Buffet breakfast was excellent with pastries, fruit, hard boiled eggs and plenty of coffee. very homely

We liked the hotel. It was very warm and inviting. Our only complaint was that rarely was there someone at the front desk. Sometimes we had questions and there was nobody on the premises to answer them.

Wonderful stay, Room was beautiful, parking garage super nice and easy to access. Location top notch. Staff was incredibly helpful. We experienced a flat tire one day after the shops had closed, but the main receptionist called the owner of a car repair shop, set us up to meet him and we were in and out of there in 5 minutes!!! EFFICIENCY AT ITS FINEST. Katrina I think was her name, wonderful woman, spoke excellent english and we were just so so so grateful to her help or we would have been stuck! Breakfast incredible, so many good options and wonderful views out to the mountains. Highly recommend staying here!

cold water shower 2 out of 3 days. only one roof window in room. not good value for the price.

very charming hotel with all necessary facilities. staff was super especially Olga. she helped me with everything I requested including how to do laundry, arranging a taxi to helping with hiking tour. the included hiking tour with Victor was a real highlight. highly recommend hotel
