Comfortable and well located in town.
Very loud Karaoke playing until quite late

Great central location. Staff polite but not over effusive or friendly. Room clean and nice. Half price for hotel of UNguests on my evening meal in the KW4 bar was fab, photo of the Rump Steak & chips i had for £9 is below, it was excellent.
As i say, staff were polite but not over welcoming or inquisitive about my visit.

No hot water in bathroom basin, but shower was ok

The location is good, in the centre, tho at the bottom of the hill if you are walking up the Main Street. Also above a pub but it was quiet when I stayed.
The shower was not working in my unit. I had to leave right away so I emailed the hotel a couple times notifying them of the problem with a video and received no reply. I also messaged them through Booking.com and have had no response. Needless to say it was bad enough not having a shower in the morning, but the lack of customer service is even worse.
