Centrally located and easy to walk to a few shops, restaurants and the harbor. The staff was excellent and welcoming. The room was comfortable. Beware of the mosque prayers at 4:30 am, but they didn't bother me. The hotel provides a big jug of water in the room, and the restaurant has good food for a reasonable price.

Huge room and bathroom with balcony which was lovely. Gorgeous swimming pool and Lounge area.

It was all great apart from the kettle in the room was unusable (it must if boiled milk at some point) I asked for it be changed but it didn’t ever get changed. it would of been nice ti have morning coffee on the balcony. service was friendly but can be a bit slow

The location was really good, close to the port. Benny the reception staff is super friendly. The Roos is clean and comfortable.

Its amazing! The garden is full of beautiful flowers, the pool and the rooftop are great, the rooms are modern and spacious. Super central 2 min from the harbor. Big plus ! You have an own water dispenser in the room! Amazing

The only minus - its located next to a mosque so you wake up around 4.30 in the morning because of the ceremony. They offer ear plugs- with them its a lot better

I didn’t stay long enough!

best value for money you can hope for! with this price I really didn’t expect the room to have very complete facilities even it’s own bottles of coffee and sugar. the bathroom is also spacious. everything is clean. there is also a pool and nice outdoor area.

Given that we were clueless about the area when we first arrived, it was great that the staff explained everything in detail and arranged all the transport for us. The hotel was as close to the harbour as you could get. It was very pretty, both the rooms and the pool area, very green and pleasant to sit in. Big shower with very good water pressure

The WiFi was ok outside in the pool area but not strong enough to use comfortably in the rooms.

extremely loud. there is a morning prayer at 4.15 and after that you can hear everything. not possible to sleep at all. rooms need some extra cleaning

We had the most fantastic stay in Nusa Penida due to the hotel staff. Sam (the owner) went above and beyond the ensure we had the best time. He organised our ferry transfer to the island and picked us up from the port. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the rest of the staff who showed us to our rooms. The rooms were very clean and had excellent bathroom facilities. That evening the staff organised some scooters to arrive early in the morning for us to explore the island. In the morning, Sam sat down with us and a map and showed us where to visit and how long it would take to get to each location. I highly recommend staying with Sam and his staff as I guarantee you will have the best experience.

In terms of location, it was near the local mosque where they hold prayers 6 times a day with one around 4.30 am that always woke us up. However, they do provide earplugs for your convenience.

Great central location, with comfortable rooms and great AC. The team handled our ferry bookings from Sanur, arranged our scooter rental (delivered to the hotel) and the team gave us an excellent recommendation for a diving school. The restaurant is also a hidden gem with a spotless kitchen.

the privacy, seclusion, large pool, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, beautiful architecture, quaint old school vibes. close to Sanur good walking distance. very informative on the island. able to rent scooter from the property directly if you haven’t booked activities they are able to assist. Thanks Ayu and Sam for an amazing stay!! Highly Recommend!!!

its near the harbor if u want to go to nusa lembongan. if u come from gili to penida its still 10 min by car. we got complementary water jug and earplugs. as mentioned in the comments its near mosques but we knew so we were not bothered. its the muslim part of penida where the main road is where all the restaurants are. its good if u only can have a driver and cant go by motorbike

there was not much we did not like, we just did not like staying on penida as we got stung 10times in 1 hour and u cant really get around. penida is beautiful for the tour but i wouldnt go for easy beach walks etc
