Location is fantastic. Studio was comfortable and clean. The team were welcoming and very helpful.

Only down side was the lack of windows, even though it had a lovely little patio. There was a constant sound of water dripping from above.

Location and responsiveness of the staff It is spacious and the bed is very comfortable

The terrace would have been nice but unfortunately was wet even before it rained

Comfy bed and kitchen was the right size.

Excellent location, less than 10 minutes to the Colosseum, lovely restaurants, bars and cafes. You can get a train from the airport in around 35 minutes for £13 or a taxi is £50. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day.

The apartment was very noisy, the entrance was used by lots of people throughout the night and it keeps you awake. We paid extra for a terrace only to be told it would be out of use due to scaffolding for 2 days with no apology or compensation. Not only this but the work started before 7a.m. and was incredibly loud and the workmen could see directly into our apartment which was intrusive. The shower ran out of hot water and when I messaged to ask if there was a problem, they sent someone immediately, however suggested I had spent yo long in it, even though I had yet to rinse the shampoo from my hair. She suggested i wait an hour! My husband had to have a cold shower and I had to boil the kettle to rinse my hair out.
