The facilities were great; the views were beautiful. They had an excellent breakfast spread as well. It was easy to get into the facilities and the hotel room. Taxis were also easy to get from the location. City center I'd say is walking distance from the location as well.

There wasn't much to do in that exact location (e.g. restaurants or bars). I wish they had some snacks available or more front desk hours for us to buy snacks and beverages. The front desk hours are limited not that we were in our room much.

Breakfast was great! Beds were comfortable! The view of the ocean was lovely!

The owner was extremely rude on several occasions. She had booked us a taxi on our check out day and came into our room 10 minutes before the taxi was scheduled and demanded the room key, which previously she said to put in the door where it was upon arrival. She did not leave the room until we found the key which was very bizarre. Basically, she was rude, demanding and dishonest.

El ingreso.. se termino batería del cel .. además q con el frío No cargaba con ningún cable apenas pude hacer la reserva y se agotó... es Todo vía Internet te envían un código al correo q abrí en cel de mi esposo .. pero no entraba el mensaje !! no hay timbre mi esposo pudo hablar con un huésped q salio ahí hablo con recepcionista q no entendía nuestro idioma el pufo ver y recordar el código de 6 cifras y Solo así logramos abrir una puerta eléctrica .... pasamos nervios porq ya estaba pago era de noche y habíamos conducido todo el día y yo con hombro dislocado ... luego q entramos Todo excelente

Dieses Gästehaus hat eine wunderschöne, erhöhte Aussichtslage. Der gemütliche Aufenthaltsraum ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Kaffeemaschine steht immer bereit. Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

The breakfast went WAY beyond expectations! And the host, Siv, is an absolutely wonderful person who personally goes out of her way to ensure that guests are happy and comfortable. And the view from my room.... holy smokes it was amazing. Oh, and the massage chairs are pretty darn excellent.

Most of the TV channels didn't work, and it was a bit of a pain scrolling through the channels to see what worked and what didn't. That said, I wasn't in Alta to watch television. Also, I wish someone would have warned me to rent a car because taxis are not cheap and walking to town can take a while along some busy roads. Next time I will, without question, rent a car... that way I'll also have access to the surrounding hillsides for better views of the northern lights and easy access to other towns.

It doesn't look much from the outside, but it's wonderful inside. It's one of the best hotels l've ever stayed in, and all for a great price. Fantastic views and an excellent breakfast. Thank-you

No table in room. Room and bathroom were to cold when i arrived(i had to heat them up myself) 16degrees
