very friendly helpful staff, central location, comfy beds, good breakfast, very good musicians, lovely pub.
room located next to lift - lots of sleep disturbance due to noise late at night with lots of door banging, lift doors etc. Bathroom fan permanently making noise into the night - this was unable to be resolved - suspect structural issue. Due to full occupancy no option to swap rooms but was offered complimentary breakfast as recognition for inconvenience.
