A lovely property, with lots of charm. We had a great stay and the hosts were very helpful.

At our arrival in Vitiano we experienced a warm welcome by Ana and Georgio. They gave us a brief tour of the house, Georgio was there early every morning for quitly cleaning the well maintained pool and watering the plants in the very spacious garden. We loved our 18 day stay very much, the house has a lot of caracter, was well equiped and the hosts where ecxellent, they even spoiled us with wine and "Dolce" during our stay. Thank you Anna and Georgio to make our holiday remarkeble. Warm greetings from Frans and Gerda xxx

Anna Maria and Sergio were exemplary hosts including helping us logistically since our son was arriving a day later with the car.and providing a welcome pasta dinner makings with a bottle of wine! The green space and pool accommodated our relaxed time and play with our 2-yr old grandson, between day trips to Assisi, Gubbio, Lake Trasimeno and Spoleto. The kitchen had an old world charm with modern conveniences. The entire house was immaculate and stocked for our week visit. We dont get to Italy too often, but highly recommend Vitiano to those seeking a restful home base for vacation in the Umbria/Tuscany region.
