The location is very good, there are cafes and restaurants near here. You can walk by foot to Vake, Saburtalo and Rustaveli avenue. Also the view on the city and mountains are wonderful from balkony. In December it was warm in the apartment. An elevator is free. The host was nice and always ready to help.

There were no much stuff for cooking. And chairs were not very comfortable. TV was small and wasn’t in front of a sofa.

Приятный вариант с отличным местоположением: тихая улица, полчаса приятной прогулки до центра, замечательный вид на три стороны с балкона, в соседнем доме Spar 24/7, а напротив отличный бар с римской пиццей. Сами апартаменты тоже уютные и тихие. Кухня, микроволновка, минимальный набор посуды, кондиционер в каждой комнате и гигиенические наборы (разве что без одноразовых тапочек, они бы с учётом балкона не помешали). А ещё это относительно новый дом, и при заселении найти подъезд проще, чем было бы во дворах старого фонда.

Сломанный ящик комода в коридоре -- ну и фиг бы с ним, вряд ли на несколько дней его кто-то вообще будет использовать. В чайнике белый налёт -- но это во всём Тбилиси вода такая. Ключ срабатывал раза с третьего.

The bedroom without AC

Everything was great, the view, the comfy, even bed was significant and soft. Super clean and nice environment. One of the advantages is that markets are quite close to apartment.

Not a big deal but worth to mention that there were very small cups and glasses. If there were bigger glass for juice or cold coffee, or beer, it would be fantastic. Not a big minus but if you are going to reserve, take it into account.

Cozy, modern spacious and well lit apartments with a great view of the city. The staff were quite pleasant people. Definitely would visit again

The apartment complex itself is modern and of good quality. The apartment is roomy and very warm, it's also pretty quiet. The cost per night is reasonable.

The technical condition of our apartment leaves much to be desired. The couch (which we used as a bed for a child) was outright falling apart. It was quite dirty too. The regular bed was better, but its headboard was about to fall off as well. Unruly tangles of wires hanged around the TV set all over the place, some huge broken butcher knife instead of normal cutlery. No disposable slippers, fairly dirty floor. The location itself is average. To get in any place of interest you'd have to use a taxi, there's next to nothing in the walking distance.
