Lovely apartment in the old part of town. Zeljko gave us such a wonderful introduction to everything the apartment had, including nearby restaurants, beaches and more. When we needed something, the hosts were incredibly responsive. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved Zelka and Zeljka. They were very responsive and Zelka met us where our driver dropped us off, offered us a cappuccino to tell us about the beautiful seaside town and brought all our luggage to the room. The apt was spotless, beds were so comfy, even had channels in English! Left us chocolates and the kitchen was equipped if you wanted to cook a dinner. The location was absolutely the BEST. We can't enough about it. We had been traveling for 3 weeks and we needed a nice place to stay and do our laundry and rest up. We could not have been happier in this beautiful town. I only wished we stayed longer!! Thank you for a beautiful stay.

What a delightful experience staying in this large very well located apartment. Remarkably quiet given its central position . Zeljka was an attentive host and Zeliko a dream to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for this (daughter/father) pair and everything was thought of before needing to ask. Well equipped apartment. Thoroughly enjoyed our 16days and hope to return.

Amazing stay!!!
The property was in a great location and larger than it appeared in the listing. It was very clean and well stocked. We were a bit nervous about being above the market, but it was not an issue. It was nice to have the windows open during the day to here the buzz of the market and feel the sea breeze, but when the windows were closed you couldn’t hear anything. Also the market shut down pretty early every day. The apartment was a short walk to restaurants and shopping. The hosts Zeljka and Zeljko were over the top amazing!!! Great location, helpful owners
We stayed in Rojvin Property at the end of June. The apartment was clean and well staffed. Very nice two big bedrooms a living room with amazing view and bathroom. The owners were amazing and providing all of the support that we needed. Appreciate the help with the parking as the parking is kind of hard to run the property. Would definitely suggest this property.

Wonderful location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rovinj. It’s a fabulous little town. This place is a great bargain and the hosts really knocked themselves out to help you enjoy your stay. Our only issue was that the air conditioning did not cool down the master bedroom very well but we were there during a heat wave. The place is quirky but nice, spacious and exceptionally well located.

The amenities are basic, but it has everything you need. Restaurants, shops, cafes, and local attractions are just steps away. Zeljka was a pleasure to deal with and “Dad” was a huge help at check-in/out. Dad also has plenty of great recommendations to help you enjoy your stay. We would love to visit this beautiful city again.

We had a great time in Rovinj over a long weekend. The apartment’s location is perfect, right in the center of it all, but could be a bit noisy in the morning as it sits directly above the local market. I would say that it is in complex that the shared areas could use some freshening up. Also the apartment was great for 4 people. A fresh coat of paint would also improve my rating to a 5. Honeymoon stay at Casa Bella
Cannot say enough wonderful things about our September stay at Casa Bella. We were taken extra good care of by our hosts from check in to check out. The location is perfect and in the centre of it all, our favourite part was opening the windows everymorning to the beautiful sea view.

The apartment is right in the old town of Rovinj and couldn't be in a better spot. You have a view of the harbor from the living room windows which can't be beat. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and had everything we could want. Zeljka and her father were so helpful! They are really lovely people. Her father carried our suitcases into the apartment, went out and brought back some more bottled water for us, and took us on a quick tour of town pointing out places to eat. Rovinj itself is a gem of a place definitely worth seeing. We would definitely come back.

Rovinj is a wonderful lace with a great vibe. The apartment is in a perfect location just above the fabulous local market with loads of fresh fruit and veggies, oils/honey and next to bakery, butchers and fish shop. Supermarket is just across the street. It is a minutes walk from boats/ferries and abundant restaurants. It is quite busy and bustle is inevitable but this is not a problem as apartment has effective double glazing and air conditioning so windows an be closed. Zelijka and Zeljko are great hosts and looked after us really well.

A charming apartment in beautiful Rovinj, great location and we were very well looked after.
Casa Bella is in a prime location and the apartment itself is very well equipped, with glorious views of the harbour. We were met from our ferry (from Venice - the best way to arrive!) by the owner’s father who took very good care of us, escorting us to the apartment, showing us around and giving a great deal of very useful information about the town, facilities, restaurants and services. The apartment is well equipped with guide books and maps, many of which have been helpfully annotated. Special care was taken to ensure that we could contact the owner quickly if we needed anything or had any questions. The two visitors books covering a number of recent years are testament to how much this family care for their guests!
Rovinj itself is a glorious town with many superb restaurants, activities and sights to explore. We enjoyed walking to the forest area to the south of the town centre and spent a day in the shade, and swimming in the clear sea. We spent another day on Katarina Island which again offers shade or sun and a pebbly beach. Some of us swam from the rocky town beach early in the mornings, which has ladder-style steps from the rocks into the sea - exhilarating!
We ate at Scuba, laVela, Veli Joze and Maestral restaurants, all of which were excellent.
We would highly recommend a holiday in Rovinj, staying at Casa Bella.

Rooms with a view in old town Rovinj
Had a wonderfully relaxing stay in one of the best towns in Croatia. Apartment is huge, albeit a little rustic, but had everything we needed for our stay. It was very nice to open your door and be in the old town with all its character. Apartment is located right above the town market (with delicious olive oils, fruits and vegetables) so the double glazed windows come in handy to keep noise almost to zero. Better window shades in the front bedroom are definitely needed however as the light in the morning will wake you up.
The parking pass they supply for the local parking lot if you have a rental car proved invaluable. And it was a real pleasure to meet Zelko, Zeljka's Dad, who helped us with any needs we had. He is a true gentlemen and we had some fun with the Croatia - Argentina World Cup game which finished just after we arrived. A 3-0 win for Croatia! Amazing.

Exceptional location and service
For the whole of our stay we experienced exceptional service and hospitality from the owner of this conveniently located apartment in the centre of Rovinj. The apartment was comfortable and spacious with beautiful views over the 'back' harbour; the double glazed windows with external shutters kept out the noise and early morning light. It was a pleasure to open these and hear the 'buzz' of the fruit market every morning whilst having our breakfast in the sun. Rovinj is such a pretty place with lots of character and Zeljco was ready with some well researched recommendations for parking, restaurants, bars and places to visit which vastly contributed to our second stay at this resort. As we hired a car (for the same price as the return airport transfer) we visited the historic areas of (close by and easily reached) Pula and Porec. We again visited Venice (our 3rd time here) for a reasonable ferry cost but this proved to be disappointing with the crowds and high prices....use the public transport NOT the rip off water taxis/gondoliers etc. A big thank you to Zeljko and Zeljka for a really great stay in a fantastic location with exceptional local input from you both.

Stayed here for a week and it was ideal.Rovinj is a special place and staying in Casa Bella meant we were really in the heart of the town.The apartment had everything we needed.Zeljka and her father Zeljko were very helpful in meeting us off the coach and helping us to settle in.We will be back.Jane and Marie

Perfect spot
Great location and large apartment. Everything you need. Very accommodating and friendly owners. It is a busy area but the new windows block out all sound. Fantastic views from the living room area. It has two air conditioners. Lots of hot water for showering. Luggage is transported to apartment. It is a ten minute walk from the pick up location. Many great restaurants within 5 or 10 minute walk. The shops are open from 9:30 am until 10.00 pm. Great country to visit.
The only con is that it doesn't have a coffee maker but the place we stayed in Porec did not either.
We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect apartment In the heart of beautiful Rovinj
We loved everything about our stay. The apartment was fully stocked with all your needs and more, right down to beach accessories. Zeljko & Zeljka are so warm, kind, generous and welcoming, they go above and beyond. The apartment is well situated, steps away from everything. Rovinj has fabulous restaurants and lots to do and see in the area. We hope to be back and stay again.

This apartment is the the heart of old town Rovinj and is very spacious. Zeljka and her father Zeljko were very responsive and gracious hosts. This apartment worked well for us and we had a great stay in Rovinj.
The only comments I would have for improvement are that the kitchen and bathroom could use updating. They are stll very functional, but showing some wear and tear.
Rovinj is a great town and Istria is a fantastic area. Enjoy them with this nice accommodation.

Great location and ver accommodating hosts
We stayed at this property for five days/nights in May. The apartment is quite roomy with living/dining room and bedroom overlooking marketplace and harbor at edge of the old town. Our host, Zeljka, and her father, Zeljko, could not have been nicer, helping with driving and parking directions, carrying bags (at Zeljko's insistence), getting us set up in the apartment, etc. Great location for walking the old town, or anyplace in town for that matter. Day trips to Pula, hill towns are easily done from here. Strongly recommended if you want to be in the center of Rovinj action.

The apartment is located directly above the market place in the old town. It is bright, airy and has a lovely view of the bay. You get some market noise in the early morning and later at night, but it isn't a disturbance. Everything in the apartment is clean and works well, even to the point of complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee. Lovely hosts too!

What a gorgeous town! What lovely, genuine, kind, helpful people Zeljka and her father Zeljko are. Zeljko met us upon arrival, showed us around the lovely apartment, how things worked, internet, and the like. He had fresh fruit and lovely chocolates for us. Zeljka dropped by the next day, and I must say, she was as kind and lovely as her father. The town, only a few steps away, was full of delicious, fair-priced restaurants, lovely, old houses, narrow streets, and a magnificent cathedral.
I look forward to returning to this lovely part of the world and seeing Zeljko and Zeljka again soon.

Zeljka and her Father are absolutely wonderful. Thoughtful, accommodating and responsive. If you sleep with your windows open you might get woken by the powerwashing of the market. Thoroughly charming place. Highly recommend.
