Villa was lovely and clean and set in a lovely residential area.
Good facilities all round. It was a shame the spa bath didn’t work but this was advised on property details before I booked so no problems.
Easy to walk into the Playa Blanca area but maybe a little too far for people with mobility problems.
Easy check in and out process too.
Overall it was a great stay

Just returned from a 10 day stay at this villa and have to say we had a fabulous time. The villa is great, we had a couple of issues when we first arrived but communication with Martin and Jackie was excellent and these were quickly resolved. The pool was great and the pool table was brilliant fun! Can definitely recommend!

Lovely villa in a good location, 20 minute stroll to the main centre.
It’s also close to the water park, which was a 15 minute stroll.
The terrace gets sun ALL day long and the pool is really nice.
We made good use of the pool table and also used the BBQ.
The villa has everything you need for a pleasant stay in one of our favourite resorts.
If I could pick a couple of ‘negatives’, there’s only one en-suite, so the other bathroom is shared between the other 3 bedrooms. We got on OK with it as it was us sharing with the kids, but always nice to have that extra bathroom / en-suite where possible.
Also would have been nice to have a clean halfway through, I think we sat on the threshold staying for 10 nights, but it would’ve been nice to have a clean at least after the first week.
Would definitely stay again, this villa rivals our first love, Squid house, which is in Los Calamares!

We had a great holiday in this fantastic villa. We spent most of our time round the pool and there was loads of room to spread out and relax, or jump in the pool to cool off. We also really appreciated that we could get into the villa early when our flights were changed. Thanks

The villa is situated in a quiet area about 20 to 30 minutes walk to the beach. The villa itself was fantastic with everything we needed for a great holiday. Very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend, and looking forward to going back.

This villa is very well sited in a quiet, private position with similar properties, yet only 15-20 mins walk to the port and local amenities. The outside space is well laid out with open and shaded areas, lots of seating around the pool and a very welcome pool table. Any queries we had were immediately addressed by Jackie via messaging/e-mail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would happily book this property again.

We had an amazing time in this villa. Jackie & Martin have got it just right with all the spot on amenities plus cute extras such as a bottle of wine on arrival & essentials in the fridge. Only a short walk to the town. Check in was seamless & all the Villa information ready for you. We will definitely be back! Thank you Jackie & Martin for making my 50th birthday hols so lovely 😍

Great property in Parque del Rey, a 20 minute walk to the start of the main town. Excellent outdoor space with plenty loungers and towels for round the pool. Heated pool.
Minor irritation to us was the pool table baize was torn and ripped and the cues didn't have any tips which was a bit disappointing as we are all pool players and would have had much more fun. The owners could sort that?
Obtaining the Keys was a little bit awkward as there were two codes for the doors and at 7pm in the dark it took a while to get into the accomodation.
In short, a great holiday, we would go back. Owners were very quick to respond to any communication.

We visit Playa Blanca 3-4 times per year and always stay in villas. Have stayed in Parque Del Ray 4 times now but this was the first time in Del Paraiso. Well equipped villa which was exceptionally clean on our arrival. Villa was excellent with no issues at all. Communication with the host Jackie was prompt and friendly. Will definitely visit again in the future. Looking forward to our next stay already!

We would like to say thank you so much to Martin and Jackie for renting us the villa. We just arrived home from Lanzarote and we had a fantastic holiday largely due to the property. It has everything a family could need and more. It's a bit out of the way in terms of having no car but less than 5euro in taxis to the town centre is ideal! WiFi, pool, pool table, books, games, TV included we were never bored! The complimentary wine, beers and water were an exceptional welcome touch also. If visiting Lanzarote again this would absolutely be the place we would book again. Thanks again!

We had a lovely stay at this villa. The villa itself is spacious and very well equipped, we could not have asked for more! Nice quiet setting with masses of outside space, great mix of sun and shade.
Plenty to do in the villa itself- swimming pool was lovely, pool table, ping pong, books, games and DVDs all available. Great kitchen facilities. The air conditioning is coin operated but 1 or 2 euros lasted a good while. A couple of rooms don't have air conditioning but fans were provided.
Good communication with owner- we had a couple of minor issues which were very quickly and smoothly sorted, phone calls and texts answered quickly.
It's a 15 to 20 minute walk to the big supermarket and another 5 minutes to the restaurants, a nice walk at night but a bit harder in the heat of the day with lots of shopping- ask the supermarket check out for a taxi and they arrange it within a few minutes.
All in all a lovely place to stay with plenty of space and thoughtfully stocked and great service from the owners. Would recommend!

Review of Casa Del Paraiso
Just spent 3 weeks over Xmas in this villa and had a great time. The villa was very clean and is very well maintained. On arrival there was a welcome pack of essentials and the owner (Jackie) had even arranged a Xmas tree. There was one minor problem with a shower but Jackie arranged for it to be fixed immediately. The website photos of this villa are true to form (unlike some other villas). Overall a very good villa.

Brilliant, stunning villa
We were a party of 5, 3 of who are in their 70's. We all thought the villa was stunning and catered for everyone. The location is perfect in a quiet locale yet close enough to walk into the main area or cheap fare in taxi. This was our first time in Playa Blanca and all agreed we will be back. Jackie n Martin are lovely owners who got back with any queries or requests immediately. Thank you we will be back.

This is the second stay at Casa del Paraiso and the fifth time in Playa Blanca. The villa had some new additions since our last visit, with the extension of the patio at the back and a ping pong table to add to the pool table, it made our stay even more enjoyable.
Really could have stayed for another 2 weeks!
We hope to go back again in the future and to the villa.

Family of 4 adults and 3 children.
Fantastic villa with clean modern decor. Kitchen very well equipped, beds very comfy. Plenty if Sunbed’s and chairs outside for everyone. We paid for pool to be heated which was a very good choice! We did have a car which was great for shopping and going to beach and marina.

wonderful villa in a great location
7 adults stayed here for a week to celebrate my 30th birthday.
the villa itself was nice and clean, in a lovely quiet area and the outside area is just fantastic. a lovely pool, which was nice and warm, a great bbq and dining area and the ping pong and pool tables kept us entertained when we didnt want to leave the villa area.
it was about 10 mins to a small shop for essentials and about 20 minutes to a little beach, big supermarket, shops and restaurants. there are more larger beaches not too far away.
we hired a car for two days to go to the north of the island (jameos del agua, cuevos de Los gerdes and jardin de cacti) which only cost €75.
the owner Jackie couldn't have been more helpful, replying to all of my questions very quickly.
we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again

Fab relaxing holiday
Everything about this Villa is perfect. We are a family of 5 (3 teenagers😣) and we all had the best break and relaxing time. Pool, table tennis and pool table were well used by all. Perfect holiday!
We were drawn to the positive reviews of this villa and were not disappointed. The property is located in a quieter area of Playa Blanca but the resort's beaches, shops, restaurants are still within walking distance. This suited us perfectly. As a family of four (children 7 and 9 years old) we made the most of the closest beach, Playa Flamingo, and typically finished the day with a relaxed BBQ in the evening. The villa itself was ideal, it was spacious, well equipped, clean, tastefully decorated and well maintained. In addition to the swimming pool, pool table and table tennis, there were plenty of board games, DVDs and jigsaws to entertain the children. This villa is a perfect base for a family holiday, located in a fabulous resort in Lanzarote. Thank you Jackie and Martin for sharing your holiday home with us, we would love to visit again!

Beautifully clean and very well kept villa
This villa is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. It has everything you need for an amazing holiday, from dvd’s If the weather’s bad to 8 sun lounger’s when it’s good. There are lots of seating areas both in and out and the whole villa is very spacious. 20 minutes walk to town and beach and about 5 minutes drive to the Marina. The villa has solar lights at night in hidden places in the garden making it look stunning when having a bbq. The pool is lovely with lots of sunbathing room. All kitchen equipment is provided apart from the very basics like dishcloth, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets! We had some wine and water for when we arrived which was a nice touch and a welcome card. This was a really lovely villa and would stay here again and would highly recommend.

Lovely family holiday over Christmas
We had a lovely stay in the villa over Christmas - family of 4, kids 15 and 17 (who had a room each) and two grandparents (both 81). Villa clean and well presented. Pool warm enough for all to swim in, even in the Lanzarote wind. Weather warm and sunny for all days except one. Villa is a 20 minute walk from the 'main drag' by the sea front; 15 minutes from nearest big supermarket (Hiperdino), which also has underground parking. Easy to get cab back for those who need it (Granny) and inexpensive (c 5 EUR). We drove round most of the island (nothing more than c 1 hour drive), seeing Cesar Manrique houses and cactus garden, volcanic fields and a 10km walk above Yaiza which from the top you could see virtually the whole island. We even found an English CofE church service in Nazaret on Christmas day! It might seem picky, but it would be nice if there was washing up brush, scourer and washing up liquid provided in the villa.

Spacious, well maintained villa.
The spacious, well equipped villa is set in a quiet complex in Playa Blanca. There is ample seating for al fresco meals and sunbathing. The heated pool is a bonus if holidaying in the winter months. We have spent two November holidays here and hope to return next year. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Villa
This was a beautiful Villa, with no requirements. Everything you needed and more , like the pool table and table tennis were ideal to keep everyone entertained, also a swimming pool which was great fun and the villa was very private. The beds were very comfortable.
Jackie & Martin were very obliging if you needed to know anything at all.
We really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommended this villa .

Lovely villa, ideally located
Well equipped,modern villa. Perfect for our family break. Pool table was an instant hit and outdoor area including barbecue was well designed and used. Villa is in a quiet area so we had a good rest and all the beds were super comfy. Bathroom is gorgeous !! Would definitely recommend if visiting Plays Blanca! Thank you .

Perfect in everyway
This was our second visit to the aptly named Beautiful Casa del Paraiso. Everything was spotless and well kept in this beautiful villa. All rooms are well maintained and have nice crisp bed linen. Not a hint of dust anywhere. Everything you need is in this villa, you want for nothing. Board games, DVDS, playstation with several games, books, cards then outside you have a heated pool, table tennis and a pool table. Shops , bars and restaurants are a 15 -20 minute walk or 5 minutes in a car/taxi. Taxi only 4-5 euro. I would highly recommend to anyone whether it be a couple or a family it has something for everyone. The owners are an absolute delight to deal with as any questions are answered promptly in a very pleasant manner. I will be booking this again very soon.

An amazing villa, could not have asked for more, will definitely be returning.
From the moment we arrived at the villa it was obvious we had made the right choice. The villa was vet spacious, clean & tidy and the pool table was a hit with the whole family. Table tennis would also have been popular but unfortunately it was too windy to be able to have a proper game. The villa was in a perfect location, situated approx 15/20 mins walk from the beach with plenty of restaurants to eat and supermarkets if eating in villa. Water park 10 minutes walk from the villa, which was a popular day out for the children. Pool at the villa was an ideal size for the children to play in and was cleaned once during our week although at this time of year it was on the cold side, especially if no sun and with the wind. Nobody wanted to return home and definitely planning a return visit. Thank you Jackie and Martin, you have a lovely, lovely villa.
