J'ai aimé l'ensemble du service proposé dans cet établissement.

Is a very basic place with basic comfort , dont expect more for this price . Decent breakfast . Not much variety but that is fine . I was happy with it. Eggs, yogurt, tea, coffee, butter, bread, marmalade, milk, juice, cereals . Is near metro , stores . The hostel is basic but clean . To find it go by the street number , there is no sign , you ring the door bell and someone will open . Is not one of those places where you can have a common space to socialize . I just needed a clean place to sleep and it worked for me . Host does her best . If you need laundry they can wash clothes for you for a price.

Some lockers for the luggage would be great . I did not ask because I had mine but I was not given a towel.

Great value - basic in every way - but deluvered exactly what they said. Friendly and helpful staff, all my needs met. What more can you ask at this bargain price?!

Bathroom was a bit old and tired, but absolutely fine in spite of that.

Location does not have any signage saying as hotel. It looks like an abandon place at night.

The location is great coz it's 4-5 minutes walking from a metro station, and there's a supermarket on your way to the house from that station. The breakfast is basic but pretty good since it's the same breakfast the hosts make for themselves. The hosts are very cool people. You get the sense they are open and welcoming even though (like most of Paris) not speaking French presents a bit of a language barrier. We ended up both speaking to each other's Google Translate and it worked out fine :))

It's not a hotel or what I thought when I heard "guesthouse". It's basically someone's house in which they've rented out the spare rooms, and you share the bathroom with other guests. You do get privacy in your room, but you have to get your own toiletries, and the bed I got was pretty small (I'd say 3*6"). I think this is more a gap of expectations from my side. Possibly had I been more keen on the listing I would have known this upfront.

Even though is very far from the center, is very close to a metro station. With that said, the station does not sale tickets so if you don't have one already, you will need to go to the next one to buy a ticket. Also, the lady that cooks the "breakfast" is very nice and kind.

Pretty much everything else. Let's start with the pictures, they do not match the rooms.. to the owner admittance 90% of the pictures are fake. Second, the breakfast that other people on the reviews say is so awesome consist of a fried egg (1), some stale bread , a cup of coffee and a yogurt cup. The bed is super uncomfortable, the mattress is so thin you can fee every rib in the bunk bed. The share bathroom is super small, but clean. What I didn't like was the fact that male guests felt free to walk in the female bathroom even though every floor has a bathroom for their respective floor. I guess the owner didn't told them they need to use the male bathrooms only. There is no lockers only a few drawers you cannot secure. Lastly, it was cheap, so yes you get what you pay for, but what you pay for and what you should expect is the place to at least be the same of the pictures offered. Based on the pictures and reviews (may be fake too who knows) the place is a good deal, but i think its not even worth half of what I paid for...Also the room was HOT!!!!! no fans or anything.
