Phoebe's Place 2 wurde im März 2018 erbaut und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, einen komplett eingezäunten Garten, eine große Terrasse und eine große Veranda. Die Küche ist komplett mit Kochgeschirr, Besteck, Mixer, Handmixer, Toaster, Edelstahl-Mikrowelle, Herd, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. 1 King und 2 Queen-Schlafzimmer sind alle auf einer Ebene mit 2 Badezimmern, Küche / Wohnzimmer und Waschküche. Extra breite Fahrt gibt Ihnen abseits der Straße privaten Parkplatz. Dieses Cottage liegt nur 5 Blocks von der historischen Innenstadt Palafox Street und zahlreichen fantastischen Restaurants entfernt. Es liegt in der Nähe des Baseballstadions von Wahoo und nur 8 Meilen von Pensacola Beach entfernt!

The house was wonderful (watch the video in the listing. It is a true description of how nice this home is) and Lois was quick to respond to any questions I messaged. The house was an easy walk away from Palafox Street where all the shops and restaurants are but not if you want to be close to the beach and/or water.

Beautiful home inside and out just as advertised online. Comfortable with everything you need to feel at home and just a short drive to the beach. My only gripe about the home was that the bathrooms were obviously not cleaned or partially cleaned. The bathroom I used had visible urine and hair on the toilet. I was furious that I had to spend time cleaning that yet there's a substantial cleaning fee included in the reservation cost.

The house was perfect for our short stay and close to the area we wanted to be in. Great backyard for chillin' and grillin'! Plenty of nearby, some walkable, places for eating. An unexpected surprise was the towel warmer in the master bathroom; it came in handy for a sore back when applying a heated towel. We cooked dinner in the kitchen one night and it had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our first trip to Pensacola and we enjoyed every minute! The house had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing week away from home. There were great restaurants and shopping within walking distance and the beach is just a quick drive over the bay.

The house is spotlessly clean! It is exactly as advertised. The split plan was perfect for our group. The neighbors were friendly. Appreciated having TVs in every bedroom. The only recommendation I would have would be to add black out curtains, particularly in the master bedroom. The sun shines bright first thing in the morning…

We were extremely happy with this rental! It was exactly as described. It was clean, fresh and updated. We had the perfect amount of room and the backyard was perfect for a get together with family where we could hang out and barbecue. We would definitely rent this place again!

My friends and I stayed for a few days during the 4th of July weekend. The house was extremely clean and fully stocked with all household necessities! We were very pleased and felt very comfortable. We were only 7 mins from Pensacola Beach. I highly recommend this rental!!
