Super comfortable apartment with outstanding balcony!
We had the best stay here with our toddler. It was spacious, spotless and so comfortable - everything we could possibly need for a weeks holiday. We had asked for a cot and highchair (provided no problem - complete with extra touches such as children’s bedding, pillow and towel) but the apartment is super child-friendly - a children's table and chairs (our son loved this!) toys, books, children’s plates, cups and cutlery and beach toys/games! The apartment feels modern - bed was very comfortable, blackout bedroom with usb chargers, soft close doors throughout, plenty of storage space to unpack and two very nice shower rooms with toilets. The best part where we spent most of our time was the huge gorgeous balcony. It was lovely and I’m so glad we chose it over a small hotel balcony. It has a large dining table, comfy chairs to lounge in, hammock, sofa and day bed. Apartment was sound proof and even on the balcony noise was to a minimum (a few drunk people leaving the hotel around 10pm but not disruptive) mostly just listening to the birdsong and looking at the top of the tall trees. It was heaven! The use of the two hotel pools just a stones throw away was great, the staff there were very friendly and made amazing cocktails and sangria pitchers. We walked to local beaches (one is only 5 mins walk away - so conveninet and has a nice beach bar/resturant on but otherwise is unpoilt and quiet) and for a bit more options to eat and drink we walked further along to Olhos de Água or caught bus/taxi to Albuferia. The host Natalia was very friendly and reached out by Whatsapp for anything we needed. Also arranged an airport transfer at short notice. We can't wait to return!!

Relaxing and comfortable stay.
Well equipped, clean, spacious, lots of amenities, ample parking. Natalia made sure we had everything we needed as was always prepared to assist.

Superb
The location is superb, a five to ten minute walk (slightly up/downhill) from the local beach, which was never too crowded, even at peak season! The apartment was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need (particularly if you have small children) and was cleaned midweek with fresh towels layed out. There is air conditioning in the main bedroom (which has an enormous, comfortable bed!) and a fan in the second bedroom which was perfectly adequate for the kids ;) and has one double, and one single bed. There is easy access to two swimming pools (for which you are supplied access cards for, and will need to show whenever you want to gain entry. The larger pool located in the middle of the complex is deeper and busier, the other to the side of the reception is quieter and not so deep) There is a SPAR mini market literally opposite the accommodation which is super helpful and even a small cafe inside, so if you arrive too early you can sit inside for a munch! You can also leave your luggage at the reception if you’re early.
Overall the property is great. Spacious, light and airy with all the amenities you need and with a large balcony that looks out towards the pool/reception area. My only negative comment would be that some of the interior would benefit from some modernisation, but we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return.

Had everything our family needed was just home from home. Just close enough to walk into the busier areas for food etc but was happy to be staying away from there. Perfect location for us, the beach was perfect.

We had a nice holiday.
Comfortable for family holidays. Apartment has everything you need. Large terrace was our favourite place. Quiet. Beach is close to the place and pool just in front in the yard. Natalia the owner very nice and helpful person.

Beautiful apartment between two stunning beaches
Perfect apartment for a family with everything you could need - incredibly clean, comfortable and well equipped. It definitely lives up to the 'superior' label - lots of space, beautifully decorated, high quality finishes, two bathrooms, huge balcony with dining area plus hammock and comfy day bed. It was the perfect place to relax and we made full use of the children's toys and beach equipment. The pool was a little too cold this early in the year but two stunning beaches are within a 20 minute walk and Zoo Marine a 20 minute drive. Carlos and Natalia were great hosts, keeping in regular contact and even checking we were ok after hearing reports of noisy neighbours (we weren't bothered). Highly recommended, I'm sure we'll be back.
Nothing! Some people might prefer to be closer to the beaches but we enjoyed the walk.
