It's located in Vracar which has a couple noteworthy attractions and there are a few bus stops nearby. Food around is limited in cuisine but there are some good spots. There are 2+ convenience stores just outside. It's a clean place with a neat little kitchenette. The patio is absolutely wonderful. If you're a solo traveler like me this is a nice private spot.

The bathroom is a bit cramped. Not a huge issue but if you need space while on the toilet that might be rough for you. Again, it is a small place studio, I don't really see it as a bad point though. The bed / couch is just about as it is when you come in. There's one sheet, blanket, and pillow in the drawer, so there's not much to change it from how it is when you come in, but for me it was plenty comfortable.

Sauberkeit

Es handelt sich um ein zwar kleines, aber gemütlich eingerichtetes Appartement mit Küchenzeile. Zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Vukov Spomenik und der juristischen Fakultät. Daher nur ein paar Schritte zur Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und eine Unzahl an Restaurants im Umkreis von ein paar Schritten, also ein sehr urbanes Umfeld. Dennoch absolut ruhig, da nach hinten in einen großen, im Sommer begrünten Innenhof ausgerichtet. Eine große Glastür führt auf einen Balkon.

Ich war mit allem zufrieden.

It's a very, very small space, but just enough for one person, and in my opinion for a shorter stay (for a longer period I'd need more space for my baggage). It had everything I needed, and since I was mostly out, it did meet my criteria: having somewhere to take a shower, sleep, and make myself coffee. Despite the small space, there was enough space to work out, which was a bonus for me. The small balcony and the backyard offer peacefulness, and local cats visiting only made my stay more enjoyable. The location is extraordinary - for those who know Belgrade, "kod Vukovog spomenika" is enough to say. This is on the border of the city centre and the old bohemian Vračar quarter - just perfect! The tram and bus stations are at the distance of just 2-3 minutes by foot, and you can reach the city centre (the Parliament) in 20 minutes by foot. The host is a really nice person, and he even went a little and beyond to pick me up with a car upon my arrival and brought me straight to the accommodation - I really appreciate it.

For those who consider these things important, the bed is slightly uncomfortable and the balcony isn't completely private. However, the trade-offs are acceptable to me — it's just enough to make it good value for money.
