Staff, location, very clean - pride ownership

Clean pool. Easy check-in. 24/7 reception. I forgot my key inside the room one time, and there was always someone to assist. Daily housekeeping. Friendly staff.
Soundproofing can be an issue. I can hear others showering when walking along hallways.

The pool is nice and very appreciated with the hot weather, but the rooms are seriously oudated, the place felt dirty cause of it. we also asked for a late checkout and it wasnt possible. Overall I would probably not stay here again if i could find a similar property with a pool
outdated bathroom and facilities

The best part of the hotel is the pool. It’s a luxury during the hot days in Chiang Rai.
The hotel is old and tired. So as much as the staff keep it clean the mish mash of wood, lino and ageing building makes it feel scruffy. The rooms need a complete refurbishment. However, it is cheap and location to the East gate is perfect for the night market. We also loved the food market a few minutes walk from the hotel.
