Central to everything - locatIon, location, location - Quaint yet spacious . Staff was lovely. Quietly elegant yet casual. Loved our stay!!
Keurig sort of malfunctioned - user error?

Great hotel and location on the island! Friendly staff and excellent bar and restaurant on site.
Nothing!

We thought the location was perfect and the veranda was a great place to sit and people watch. The room was spacious. The restaurant on site was expensive so we didn't eat there. But other options were close by.
The windows were old and difficult to open. It was warm enough that we needed some fresh air.

The decor and building are really nice. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful.
The building itself is beautiful but the noise from other rooms and the hallways once in your room is pretty bad. I could hear the person in the room next to me snoring and could hear sneezing and even soft conversations. Children talking and playing sounded like they were in my room. The food at Ice Box was mediocre. Brisket tacos had zero flavor and came cold. Almost no pesto on my pesto pizza.
