The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel has a very convenient central location. Breakfast offered a good variety of options catering to different international tastes. The room was also equipped with a Smart TV, which was a nice addition. The staff were helpful and always available to assist whenever needed.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not quite meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid for one night. The rooms feel quite outdated, and the view from our room was not as impressive as it appeared in the photos. Although the hotel is located directly on the seafront, there is no direct beach access, which was disappointing. The pool menu was rather limited, and we found the overall quality of the food to be average. Another small but frustrating detail was the shampoo and shower gel bottles in the bathroom — the dispensers were extremely impractical, and it was very difficult to get any product out of them. Overall, considering the room, facilities, and service offering, we felt the hotel was overpriced for the experience provided.

Beautiful hotel nicely situated in Galle. Lovely pool. My room was wonderful and credit to the cleaners as my room was spotlessly clean. Staff throughout the hotel were very friendly. It takes maybe 15 minutes to walk into the fort area. So the hotel was nearer than I initially thought.

I only had one issue and that was dinner. Specifically the available choice for vegetarian/vegan meals. One choice on the dinner menu isn’t enough. But to be clear - the food quality is truly outstanding. I did get the opportunity to speak to the chef who suggested that a quick conversation before dinner would allow them to suggest some other options.

Everything about this hotel screams top-tier luxury. Right from the start, we were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which we appreciated immensely and made our experience even more special. The facilities are simply spectacular, and the overall service is exceptionally warm and welcoming. A very special mention goes to the restaurant staff—they were beyond amazing! We have honestly never experienced waiters who were so attentive, thoughtful, and polite. We would especially like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Harshi for her daily smile and wonderful kindness. It is a truly great hotel, and we would love nothing more than to return. Highly recommended!
