Location and clean

Great location. Proximity to the slopes couldn't have been better.
Beds were very uncomfortable and creaky. Every night we had terrible, broken nights sleep. General apartment was pleasant, however it had a strict cleaning regime for departing, under the threat of further charges should you not complete it properly which was not ideal on departure day.

Apartment was clean and tidy had everything we needed. provided us with ski lockers and was as close as you could get to the slopes. ski hire shop in the building.
Having to clean our apartment, including moping the floor prior to leaving, otherwise risk loosing our deposit. Beds could of been more comfortable. The bunk beds were next to an electrical unit which buzzed all night and made it almost impossible to sleep.

Perfect location, clean apartment with everything in it. Ski rental in the same building and ski lifts right outside. Friendly staff.

Great location next to slopes with slope views. Able to get keys at 2am after a car hire delay. Reception excellent staff and does lift passes and skis. Lockers for skis. Close to restaurants. Had car park.
Uncomfortable basic creaking beds. Noisy neighbours late at night. chair scraping across floors. Very tight car park, but glad they had one as street parking full.

We had previously stayed in the basic apartment, and this time we loved the newly renovated superior apartment.
We also loved the pizza lady downstairs in the Frontera Blanca.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The overall apartment I guess was ok for the price. Views quite nice and location to the main town a 5 mins walk and also a nice hike up to Lake Albiette along the stream.
The bathtub was nice, albiet in the world's smallest bathroom. Would be fine as place just to sleep and shower.
Unfortunately there were quite a few things that just didn't meet expectations. The apartment was very small, which with two kids made it not the greatest experience. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable and noisy thing ever (literally creaked and squeaked with the slightest move).
The parking garage is really not great, the turns are so small and I felt relieved not to have scraped the car on all sides 🤣. My car isn't even that big so if you have a big car I'd probably avoid the underground parking.
However the big issue for me was I chose the wrong part of Andorra, which is totally my fault. Pas De La Casa is basically just a big duty free zone for French people to buy cigarettes and alcohol. It's an absolute nightmare to drive around, to go shopping or to park. Also everyone seems to smoke so everywhere you go you get the delightful second hand smoke on your families faces 😂
Much better to go La Masanna or Arinsal in my opinion. But if you are french and looking to do a cheap get away to buy your duty free this could be the place for you.

We loved our apartment (763) and the location was fantastic! Nice views over the slopes and the lift was only across the road. Also very close to restaurants and shops.
Nice, new and big inside.
There was a horrible smell from the drains in the kitchen and bathroom.
Also, we missed duvet covers!! it’s not enough with normal sheets - please could you provide proper duvet covers.

Excellent location straight off the slopes. Great facilities and everything you need for a week's break.
Staff and management very helpful with easy check in and departure.
Will be booking back in for next year.
Getting up at 4.30am to get the airport transfer to come back home :-(

Location was great, right on the slope, near restaurants and ski rental shops. Staff were helpful. Room was perfectly nice.
Top floor apartment meant there wasn't a lot of headroom in one of the bedrooms. One bed requires you to literally climb over the adjacent bed.

Convenience. Right at the bottom of pas de la casa piste. Lockers on site. Everything you want really for skiing
Appt.125 very nice for the price e1100 high season. Walk over the road from lockets and you are skiing. However sofa bed uncomfortable and worse was the continual noise from other residents. Security guards did what they could and did it well but tbh you don't want to be ringing them up in the first place...if under 30 then ideal!
