The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were also given an upgrade to our room. The restaurant next to the hotel was very convenient and tasty.

Hygiene, Maintenance of Bathroom, Shower was not working without hot water I couldn’t stay any longer in your hotel Restaurant food was not much tastier, Front desk receptionist behavior towards me was so stupid dat he questioned me nd asked about my personal details were about my address!!

Breakfast was complimentary from the hotel for the first day of my stay and was extensive, tasty and healthy.

For the price being paid per day, I was expecting an electric kettle and tea coffee as part of the provisions in the room.

Breakfast was okay. Pay during checkout was showing how reliable and flexible the hotel was.

Room facilities was not great. There was no kettle, The hotel did not allow food from outside which is very very bad experience for us. The door latches, knobs were all pretty old n rustic. Overall not a pleasant stay.

It’s located in a very nice location. Very near to Karnataka ias association. So they tend more carefully to officials and you are second priority.

While you book from sites they allot you the worst room and show you better rooms as upgrade with a price. Especially for non Karnataka people.
