the doors are locked from the inside at the entrance they only gave us one set of keys so the other couple had trouble when they wanted in or out of the entrance as the desk was not manned at all times we asked for a reserved parking space but they sold out by letting the public use their garage it would have been nice for them to save us a space since we were renting from them

it is very close to the town downtown, restaurants and shops. the room us clean has everything you need for a cozy stay, the employees are friendly, specially Sindy she was very helpful and kind! the view is beautiful as it is the town! We had a great time

Excellent location, right in front of the main park.

The ad said the parking was included, but once we were there, we were told that it wasn't and that we needed to leave the car in public parking or anywhere else. The place looked clean overall, but I found some hairs in the shower drain and shower walls. The place was tiny no as shown in the photos, especially the toilets, very uncomfortable.

great location, right by the bus station and next to everything you’d like to see in Guatape. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which came with 2 bathrooms.

It can get a bit loud because it’s proximity to restaurants and city center. It wasn’t too bad, definitely not the worst in Colombia but good to be aware

The location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. It had everything you needed for a short stay. The staff were very attentive and very helpful, they were lovely.

There was no hot water in the ensuite. The front door lock was tricky to close and open, it kept getting stuck which was a nuisance. Some of the linen that was stored in the closet were stained, i think just ?old. However we took them downstairs and the staff changed them straight away.

Some stuff in the room needs minor maintenance (door hinges slightly loose, wifi goes in and out, etc) but not too terribly bad. Also, the sheets on some beds were dirty when we checked in but they fixed that very fast.

Bathrooms were too small, and wallpaper all around the apartment was falling a bit apart. Some of the doors didn’t lock.

This is a difficult review to write because I have stayed here before and the experience was great. This time that was not the case. I even ended up in the same room but much had changed since my last visit. Most notable was that the room needs a lot of maintenance. I was washing up in the bathroom sink and leaned my arm on it, when the sink and cabinet fell off the wall barely missing crushing my foot. For the remainder of the stay, I needed to use the other bathroom which was rather inconvenient. The dining table ad one of its tripod legs almost coming off the table which made it tilt at a precarious angle making it really not a good place to eat a meal. The room number was 402 and one should be cautious about staying in it until these issues are addressed. I also paid for the room in cash and requested a receipt. I was told it would be sent to my e-mail but I still have not received it. It is a shame because the hotel has a great location with a fair price but things seeed to have changed since my last stay there.

The room has major maintenance issues that it did not have since my last visit. There is no controlling the water temperature in the shower. In the blink of an eye, it can go from freezing cold to scalding hot.
