Lory (the host) was amazing. So caring and went out of her way to help us make our trip more special. Messaging to arrange check-in/out and anything else we needed (booking reservations) was simple and adds a personal touch. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Nettuno. 5 minute walk to the beach and in the centre of a popular piazza with many great restaurants and cafes nearby. The accomodation was as the pictures and description shown. Has a beautiful Terrance overlooking the street and fountain. Is it stocked with everything you'll need for your stay and is very cosy. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The double bed is really comfy too. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone and would stay again the next time I'm in Nettuno. Thanks for everything Lory!

Lory has thought of everything in the apartment, it is like a home away from home.

Lorys home was just perfect for us. We stayed there for 6 days togheter with our 2 girls. Lory was just lovely from start to end. The appartment is located i the middle of the old Town and just 3-5 minutes walk to the Beach. We enjoyed the best icecream and the kids crepes with nutella only 50 meters from the appartment every day!

The property is so unique and truly decorated, the location is perfect, and the host was very friendly communicative, and accommodating.

since I am now, technically, a senior, I didn’t go up the loft since I need to get up several times in the night. I was able to sleep very comfortably on the floor, where the bathroom was and that was just fine with me.

Perfect! One of the cleanest and most cozy apartments I have ever stayed in. Not big but everything is thought out to the smallest detail. There are all as shown in photo and even better. Great view from the balcony, feel the atmosphere of the old town. Supermarkets, cafes, parking, the sea are close by. Our daughter liked sleeping upstairs. Many thanks to the wonderful hostess Lori! An excellent welcome and farewell. She is ready to help in everything and just a very nice person, whose brightness and positiveness is so similar to all amazing Italy!

The staircase at the entrance is pretty steep, but it didn't bother us.

Lory makes you feel at home from the off. She really cares about your experience and does everything in her power to make sure that you are happy. The accomodation is beautifully appointed and the attention to detail is great. The bed is comfortable and at night we got great sleep. Having the air con was a god send due to the high temps outside. The location is fabulous and you are right in the heart of the action. You are able to eat at fantastic restaurants, and access entertainment waiting 20 meters of the front door. Lory constantly checks in and makes sure that you are enjoying your stay and advises you on the best places to visit, eat and drink. The accommodation is no more than a 3 minute walk from the beach, which is beautiful and peaceful. I could wax lyrical about Lory's Home all day. We had a great time

The only negative thing is that it has a very steep stair on the main entrance.

The first thing that we noticed once we entered the property was it smells so good. You could tell that the house has been thoroughly cleaned! The sheets and towels smelled so good! The house was perfect for my family of three! It has all the necessary things to make our stay comfortable. We’ve been to different properties and hotels but Lory made sure that her house could be your perfect home getaway. The warm hospitality of the host even before we arrived made me realized that we have chosen the right property for the beautiful place of Nettuno. What I liked the most was it was accessible to all the restaurants, the beach (the staff of the stabilimento balneare that she recommended to us were all courteous ), and the supermarket.

Absolutely nothing! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location few meters from everything - beach great for families and walks with awesome coastal views, restaurants with beautiful dishes, supermarket with nice staff, railway station with good connection to Rome.
