Overcharged for unserviced room worst room ever seen in that price care taker MS Kim harvest person to deal with even my time to stay in manila 16 days coz of the place bad impression I left the Manila buy ticket to go indonessia rather than stay there as long as I live I will tell everyone to stay away from this apertment

About cleanliness is not good

The location is good

The condotel is in front of NAIA Airport, just walking distance to the Airport. My booking was in Terminal 2 PAL. I have to take a taxi to Terminal 2. Good value for money. Clean condotel. Comfy bed.

The location.

We got to the property asking for the key to the unit that was assigned to us. The staff said that guests of that unit extended their stay so they gave us a different unit. The staff asked her colleague to take her stuffs from the unit that they are giving us. We got to the unit and it seems like it wasn’t cleaned yet. The stove wasn’t cleaned and it was the first thing you will see. You can tell that the bedsheets were not changed, the room was dusty and there’s only one roll of toilet paper given to us knowing we were there for 14 days. I have to purchase toilet papers until they gave us more supplies. No mat in the washroom and because the toilet was leaking, the floor was wet. I had to ask for it. When I told the owner she sent someone to fix it but the leak was still there even after we left. I tried to cancel half of my stay but unfortunately, I will still have to pay the full amount. I think they can do better. they just need to know how to properly manage their bookings so they can prepare before every guests arrive. I’ve stayed in the same condo building (diff. units and owners) twice before and I had no issues so I chose the same area but was disappointed this time. One good thing though which I really appreciate, we left some documents and the owner contacted me right away.

We were graciously accommodated with our early check in request. It's near to shops and restaurants and a short drive to the airport.

We had to leave early thus we didn't have enough time to explore the area more. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The microwave and oven is not clean. There are remaining food wastes so we cannot use them.

Checkin wasn’t as smooth as we had wanted it to be. Took us some time to get the keys

I like the place because it's closer to the airport and the nice stuff and guards..

Wish the room is cleaner or atleast make sure no tiny bugs in the sofa bed crawling on bedding. Tha bath has towels but no washcloths. And cabinet were the extra pillows are dirty so we didn't bother to use them...

No complimentary water at least. No slippers. No coffee. Too many extra payments like cleaning of the room prior to going inside.

My Guests were not satisfied. A staff came late at night to get the payments without asking if they were ok. They were not able to use the water heater, coffee maker because there was no intruction how to turn on the power.

It's was clean the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very curious and friendly I'd stay there anytime I was there if it was available It was the best place I stayed out of 5 condos in the month I was in the Philippines
