very nice app, clean, comfortable beds, perfect view with a beautiful terrasse , very nice kitchen, elevator, everything you need for a perfect stay in Granada is there

Parking place, offered by the owner-3 floors down, very unconvinient/small/ for a big car like our Merceds S/we asked the owner in advance, but he confirms its ok/, for the same price of 20 euro you can park at 1 floor whithout any problem and pay directly to the parking. Because of this shit parking place of the owner/-3 level/ we had to go to a car service for 1 day and that ruined our holiday in Spain financially!

It was spacious enough for 3-4 people. The host responded quickly to all questions we had. The location was practical to walk to the city center, but easy to reach by car. There was enough space to unload or load the car without stress. The shutters and the A/C worked well.

I couldn't understand why the bathroom could only be accessed through the master bedroom. This might be impractical for families or groups of friends. The bathroom was rather on the small side, when compared to the rest of the apartment.

It's the second time I choose Ibericabeds, great location- walking distance from the very centre, private parking options nearby, spacious apartment (atico), great communication via whatsapp, easy access to the building and the apartment.

There wasn't anything negative, just a detail that would make a difference for some of us, we noticed that the pillows were quite high which led to some neck pain the following morning

It was really clean, well equipped and the main bed was comfy. The hosts were helpful in resolving our issue. Great for 2 people but wouldn’t recommend for 4 (see comments below).

Whilst the actual apartment was nice, the area around is not very nice. We spent one night here and then left. The sofa bed was so squeaky and rickety that we ended up putting the mattress on the floor. There is an air conditioning unit in the lounge and the bedroom but they are worked by the same controller - the units however are not calibrated, this meant the bedroom was freezing to get the lounge room cool or have the bedroom cool and then the lounge is roasting. For 2 people (ie nobody sleeping in the lounge) this apartment is great! For 4 people it’s terrible. But, the hosts let us move on with a partial refund and they were really pleasant - thank you for that!
