If you appreciate attention to detail, this place will absolutely thrill you. The cleanliness was impeccable and truly spotless, which is rare at a mid-range price. The area is quiet with an authentic local vibe, featuring a fantastic private beach, charming balconies, and quick access to a large supermarket and great restaurants. It’s perfect for longer stays thanks to the fully equipped kitchen. We were also amazed by the thoughtful extras: a shared collection of beach/snorkeling gear (goggles, aqua socks) and in-room perks like a sewing kit and hair products. We were traveling light, so this was a wonderful surprise, though knowing in advance would have been great so we could have left some things at home! (Tip: Rooms 5-8 are upstairs, while 1-4 are on the ground floor.)

While there are some crystal-clear beaches nearby in the east (it's also quite close to Halikounas Beach, which is great for sunsets), most of the breathtaking waters are located in the west and north. If you love driving around and exploring the whole island, it's a fantastic base. But if you prefer to be steps away from those iconic waters, expect about a two-hour drive to reach them. That's really the only thing to consider!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The beach is also just a short walk away, which was a great bonus.
