Das Haus, Teil eines 5-Residenz-Komplex mit einem großen Pool wurde im Jahr 2018 gebaut, verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, ein Wohnzimmer, einen Essbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle und ein Kühlschrank, eine Waschmaschine und Trockner, Flachbild-Smart-TV mit Netflix und Amazon Prime-Abonnements, gratis WiFi im gesamten Anwesen einschließlich Außenbereiche und das Schwimmbad, Luxus-Bettwäsche und Handtücher, sowie kostenlose Parkplätze für zwei Autos in der Villa Eingang. Die Villa befindet sich 400 m und 1 km von zwei der besten Strände der Insel (Santa Maria und Mikri Santa) und eine 8-minütige Fahrt von Naoussa, der Hotspot der Insel, mit Gourmet-und traditionellen Restaurants, Geschäften und einem berühmten Nachtleben.

The villa accommodated 6 of us perfectly! Yiannis was there to great us and available whenever we had any questions or needs. Very clean. Beautiful views. Close to Noussa yet private. Would love to come back!

The property was well appointed, clean, and perfectly situated to enjoy the best that Paros has to offer. Santa Maria beach and the lively Naoussa village. Our host Yiannis was wonderful and very responsive and helpful.
The check-in process that required us to meet our host at a specific location was well communicated but was a little confusing for some in our party to find given our spotty cell reception.
The only gripe we had was a slight but audible pump sound during the dead of night that we could hear in one of the bedrooms. We were the first to alert them to it and I'm sure they'll figure out a way to mitigate the sound.
Overall it was the perfect place for our large party of 9 and would return in a heartbeat.

This house is fabulous...well-appointed, comfortable space, beautiful furnishings, and wonderful beds and linens/towels. Great views of the bay and only minutes from Naoussa.
Kostas was a perfect concierge...answering any and all questions.
The only suggestion we would have is additional seating on the porch/patio areas and a portable drying rack. But these are minor comments...we would recommend this house to all!
