Excellent breakfast and good location at the begining of famous Ladadika quart famous by restaurants, night clubs...

I regretted choosing this accommodation. Only two things was good, the location and the breakfast menu, but the rest is not. Communication with the staff since the time of booking is very slow (they are slow or do not respond to emails, so I had to call). All staff is polite and smiled  but slow and semiconfused. Three times I submitted the company's information for an invoice with delivery instructions by email, but they sent it to another email! "LD" rooms are located in another building (30m from the PLAZA hotel, from where this accommodation is managed), breakfast is also served there! By the way, that building is almost abandoned, without an elevator! On the second floor, there are few modest and dark rooms and that's it. The power sockets are awkwardly arranged, and in one part of the room (desk, fridge, kettle) there is no lighting at all.  Fortunately, I was in the room just for sleep. The parking situation is complicated in terms of picking up the hotel parking-card (in the pedestrian zone before you go to the parking lot and if you are not fined by the police) or if you stop your car illegally across the street and call someone from the hotel to bring you the card. The culmination of dissatisfaction was when I checked out on Saturday and asked for someone to come with me to collect the parking card, I was told that this person does not work on Saturdays! The shock was even greater because the entrance to the parking lot is not open on Saturdays either, so I had to go around a couple of buildings behind the parking lot to get to the car, then exit the parking lot, park the car nearby and run to the reception to return the parking card! Ladadika is a famous area of Thessaloniki for night entertainment, so the noise on Friday/Saturday night lasted until the early hours of

Location: Right in the center of Ladadika, access from the property steps to the great tavernas, bars, night life...you just feel this energy! Major cultural/historic landmarks are also close enough for a stroll. Breakfast: was served in the lobby of main hotel and was excellent. Service: Great hospitality and service, immediate help with any request. Room: our apartment was small in size but clean, and with nice shower. It was good value since it fit 4 of us, we did not have to get two separate hotel rooms which would have been almost twice as expensive. Great WiFi connection, good proper AC and good sound proofing.

The things I am mentioning here were properly disclosed by property at the time of reservation, I was aware of them. It is not a critique, just FYI for the travelers. 1) Apartment unit is in a separate building very nearby, without elevator and with quite a few steps up, so be aware of this, especially if you have any mobility limitations. 2) Ladadika is probably not for you if you love peace and quiet, especially if you come during summer weekend. Party goes on into morning hours all around :) However, once we closed all windows in the apartment, it became quiet enough, and we had a good night sleep.

Location is very well in vibrant area. Everything as described and expected, comfy room. Parking option excellent for cheap price. Staff is very helpful and pleasant

I like the location which is very close to nice bars in the city center.

I think that the location has to be more signalised as we couldn't get there very easy. No parking spots available, common parking is 7 minutes away and it's impossible to walk that far with luggage. Also, the place we stayed at has no elevator. Only uncomfortable stairs. The halway to the room is not very clean, it was very hot and no window to open. The room was nothing like the pictures. It was crowded, not at well airy or fresh. Also by the time we arrived to shower gel or soap was in the room. I had to ask myself for this. The bed linen was clean and the bed comfortable, but not for more then 1 day. I wouldn't reccomend this place for a trip to Saloni, but only for transfers or shuttle to other places, as we did.

Friendly customer service, gave us a late check out, very spacious room, great breakfast, convenient location.
