Perfekte Lage. Dachgeschosswohnung.

Really great stay overall. The stairs up to the apartment are a bit narrow, kind of typical for a building in the city center, but the host helped us with the luggage and we were settled in within a few minutes, no big deal. The bathroom is on the smaller side but well organized and spotless, hot water and a comfortable shower . The furniture is nice and the WiFi is fast and reliable.

One thing worth mentioning: the TV only has internet access, no traditional channels, so it's perfect if you're into Netflix or YouTube but not if you're looking for regular TV. Also the pillow was a bit too soft for us, we mentioned it and they brought a firmer one right away, so that got sorted quickly too.

Location is excellent. Also safe and quiet area. Good washing machine and AC Info in folder was useful

Somewhat dated furniture and facilities; lots of junk around; not especially clean; too many random automated messages; had to personally fix wifi router; some noise from neighbouring rooms; various light bulbs broken; TV reception poor and v limited channels; basics like corkscrew missing from kitchen.

Excellent location for Rome, amongst cobblestone streets and less than 25mins walk in any direction to major sights. Also easy walk to both grocery stores and laundry. Apartment is clean and tidy and secure. Manager responded well to enquiries when needed and the wifi is good.

The facilities in this accommodation were disappointing and need the manager's attention. We stayed in the 'Sofia' apartment. Lots of little things, like broken pots and pans, nothing to grab hot trays or pots, chipped cups, a shape knife to cut bread and cheese is a must, etc... These items could be easily rectified at minimal expense. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and not ideal for an 8 day stay. We were provided with only one towel each, and for 8 days, need more. Happy to say the host supplied more when requested. We found the street noise more than expected - the building is near the main road that runs along the river - so opening the windows to let in fresh air also let in the noise. Also, it is a street view and not city views as stated in the listing.
