Wonderful staff, so kind and very helpful

The town in itself is very small and almost no places to have dinner.

the room was spacious and clean and had a tv in it . It was very close to Leuven train station and shops

there was a smell of cleaning sanitisers when we arrived and the door handle was broken

Everything, poor instructions to regular people, everything ( including trash bag and slipper) cost extra. You've shouldn't let people come without knowing that important details. We would bring our staff from home. Place is incredibly small, i felt like im in Osaka, staying in internet hotel,,, incredibly loudly room when u open the window and you have to obviously,, there is a lot more to say but i will reveal in my google review page which is better for everyone to see, including chocolate gift on thr table which was outdated,,

Big, spacious room, clean, all the necessities included. Free coffee and a shared kitchen and terrace. Very comfortable bed and pillows, we had an excellent sleep. Very important, as well, very good location!

We didn't like the fact that our room was ground floor but there are plenty of rooms in the other floors. Apart from that, we would appreciate it if the service was a bit faster (we asked if it would be possible to leave our suitcases for some hours but we received an answer the next day and when we called a lady picked up the phone and she was speaking in French while we had been telling her that we don't). In any case though, it is a value for money accommodation which we absolutely recommend.

Great place. Really clean, simple and has all the necessary stuff. Has a common area and a balcony with coffee machine, stove, refrigerator. The staff was kind enough to check us in at 1:30.

Regular check-in time of 3pm is a bit late.

the AC is broken. coffeemaker broken. the room is very noisy. the host Carolina is very rude. she dosen't know how to talk with the costumer. once I didn't have enough soap snd toilet paper in my room and I asked her...her answer was OMG. unfortunately I was late there was no other place available. If you apply early you can find better place with cheaper price. a place thet treat you with respect..

staff was very poor at communication i wait an hour till i do check in after four calls no one pick them up . then he message me through booking . i asked for switching on air condition no replay till now

I’ve stayed multiple times already and it has been good each time: comfortable room, very clean, good shower, close to the station and city centre. Self-check-in is very convenient.

The street is a little noisy, but other than that it’s all fine.

Arriving and check-in was great. The staff was very helpfull in organizing a hair dryer.

It would have been great it the contact information for the staff would have been givey by regular phone, too, and not only via Whatsapp. It would have been great if there had been more than one hair-dryer in the house.

A clean place to sleep in a good location. it matched my expectations.

The access arrangements worked well, and the location was excellent. I didn't need to use the kitchen, though the access to chilled, bottled water was very useful. Very good value for money for single person accommodation.

The small handtowels provided were inadequate for after-shower use. The room is perfectly adequate for one person, but would be uncomfortable for two.

Close to the train and bus station. No need to meet anyone to pick up a key (the key is in the locker). The owner/manager is responsive via Booking messages. There is an equipped kitchen (electric kettle, stove, fridge if you need and also a vending machine with snacks) available for all guests. Wifi is available in the room and is stable.

The air conditioning (heating mode at least) did not work so the first night was a bit chilly but the next day the owner/manager solved the problem by leaving an electric heater in the room. A bit noisy area. A lot of noise from the street and the walls are definitely not soundproof :). However, for a short stay and considering the price level, it's ok.
