The hotel is in a safe neighborhood, easy to travel to places from this location and they have good quality and a variety of food at breakfast

Breakfast, quiet and friendly staff

Price was a bit high, facilities (shower and fixtures) could use a slight update.

1. Lack of a swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool on the hotel premises was our concern especially during summer and now that the hotel is far from the beach ⛱️ 2. Breakfast needs more variance especially when one stays for a longer period.

Friendly staff

There was only decaf coffee in the room & when enquired at reception, they could not supply.

The suite was very nice, comfortable and clean. Staff were all very nice.

Room service was slow and confused with the orders but we got there eventually.

The staff are great. Accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The location is great for business anywhere in Cape Town. Dinner was amazing. Really good breakfast selection. Rooms are comfortable and really clean.

Welcoming was great with the the goodies on the ground floor and the stuff was great on desktop.

I think one of your stuff member need to change her attitude towards people she need to be friendly and have a very good attitude,because we did pay to stay the and have a right to eat the breakfast with our familys,otherwise everyone was good to us

Rooms need upgrading . Old carpets and Airconditioners when put on were blowing out dust . Found blood streaks on toilet

We were in for one night only, choosing to overnight in Cape Town, having flown in late and planning to leave early for the Cederberg. Unbelievably, for an "international" airport, there is nothing in close proximity, and the logical thing to do- head off to the N1 or along the N2- is not something I'd risk late at night. So, off to Newlands we went. The hotel is fine. Big rooms, comfortable beds, decent bathrooms and clean. The breakfast was better than average. Staff were helpful and friendly. It served its purpose admirably, and we departed well rested and well fed.

Shower in the bath. Shower head was very low.

The room was dirty and smelt like cigarette smoke, had to sleep with the windows wide open, the breakfast buffet was not great as most of the food was cold and dry.

Great location for business. Extremely friendly and accommodating Reception who exudes pride in her job and "her" Hotel. The room was well-appointed and well-laid out. Extremely clean. Great bed. Really tasty breakfast with an incredible selection.

Wow the variety we choose for ourselves what to eat, food was up to standard, kids enjoyed the hot chocolate

There was no chai latte but I had cup of cuppachino, the white bread was stale
