I have been robbed at the property. My money was stolen from the apartment. The worst service ever. The receptionist didn’t even bother to help us. I am convinced that this was inside job.

Quiet location, close enough to the heart of Nikiti.

The beautiful garden sourrounding the apartment is also source of insects, especially ants 🐜🐜 that enter even in some rooms. Definitely, the garden need a sanitization!

The stuff was very polite and ready to help.

On the arival, seemed like room was cleaned 10 days before we came, there was dust everywhere. Even on the fifth day when it was time to clean again and change sheets, the room wasn't clean as it should be. We had 2 balconies, neither of them were cleaned during our stay. I had to ask for broom to mop since the cleaning ladies did not do it. Every day we missed hot water and I had to complain for 4 days in a raw in order to fix it. Then I quit complaining and showered with cold water. Things that are listed that we will have on disposal were not true. I chose this place because of good reviews, but it is not worth the money we paid for it. I am dissapointed.

the room next to the reception had no balcony, we were basically in the entrance, everyone passing by our table. we asked a change but they were totally not helpful, even if rooms got canceled and we had a long stay planned there. also there were ants and the bathroom was dirty and smelly. we had to shorten our stay as the conditions were dreadful

The communication with the owner, the best experience, and everything that was communicated was solved really fast. The apartment was lovely, and the best part is that besides the apartment you can have some time on building roof top, it is well equipped. We did not utilize everything that was available by the apartment, but I would recommend this apartment for anyone who likes to be close to the beach (500m - 700m), also there are around 1km - 1.5km two markets ( and Lidl) so everything is close. For those who plan to work from there, or need internet to handle some urgent stuff on their jobs, I can say taht internet was pretty much good, and suits the needs. Apartment is really close to the town beach, and the beach and the sea are pretty much clean, transparent water, you can see through it. There is also fridays farmers market where you can find really good honey for really fair price, and Nikiti is known for it's honey, as well as whole Sithonia region.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Even if you have some minor issues, like you need more blankets, or similar, just contact the owner or ask the lady that was by the reception and everything will be solved within a minutes....

Two minutes walk to a beautiful beach and bars and restaurants.Ten minutes walk to a very good supermarket and a couple of minutes to a bakery.Very nice balcony overlooking the garden which had a good play area for children.There is a large roof terrace with chairs tables and sun loungers.There is a large bar-b q area for guests to use.The appartment was clean and well decorated.The kitchen was very well equiped and even had a microwave.Very good shower (unusually for Greece).There were also lots of electric sockets.There is a basement games room with table tennis,pool,table football and lots of children's toys.The owner Pavel,was very helpful and did us an amazing deal back to the airport and let us keep the room until we left.(he is also not a bad table tennis player)Ask Pavel about car hire before you look anywhere else.
