It was 5 minutes away from the beach and from the restaurants along the front. Steven (apartment owner)was very polite and helpful. Everything we needed was at the flat. Private parking and in a secure court yard, this was shared with other apartment owners.

I don't think there was anything we didn't like.

Very central location, we stayed in the ground floor apartment which was better in real life than the photos, some of which made it look more tired than it was. Will sleep five as has 4 beds in total. Less than 5 mins to the beach and in very easy reach of restaurants, about 10-15 mins walk to the harbour area.

The only thing the apartment was lacking was a washing machine, although as we had great weather I hand washed stuff and dried it in the courtyard. Kids beds could have been comfier. The apartment is right on the street so you literally have people wandering past the bedroom window at night but in general it was quiet apart from the seagulls!!

The apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy. It had everything that was needed to stay for the week. We were greeted on arrival and made sure all our needs were met. The location was fantastic and in easy walking distance of all amenities. Will definitely be staying again.

A relaxing week long stay in a great location, just by the sea and the town but on a quiet street. We also had secure off street parking. The owner was very helpful, made us feel very welcome. Will stay again.

Smelt a bit musty and was a little tired and one toilet roll for family of 4 for a week was a bit short sighted

Close to amenities

The property is gated in a one-way street and took some time to identify (had to park and search). Fortunately we saw the cleaner through the gate and the owner then met us. The location is not very attractive but once inside it is impressive. It is also perfectly placed for fast access to the beach, excellent transport and places to eat. We had a very enjoyable stay and thoroughly recommend it.

It wasn't explained in the description that no towels are provided, however our host kindly provided two for us, thankfully! Everything else was perfect.

The actual street is a bit run down.

It was a lovely clean and tidy place to stay. Own parking and 2 mins walk to all the amenities made it a very easy base to experience Weymouth. All the other people staying were quiet and nice to speak to; i had a clear impression that the landlords would not tolerate rowdy behaviour, and that you would be able to call and complain if that was an issue. Easy drive to all of Dorset. If you want quiet family accommodation, this is your place.

Weymouth has strict rules about children being out after 9:30. We were so busy in the day it didn't matter to us, because we were ready for Monopoly/Scrabble by then. Full on tired. If, you need a later nightlife with younger children, who need wearing out, best stay at a holiday park that has evening entertainment. Also 7:30am onwards there are bin lorries clanking away along the seafront, accompanied by seagulls. It's a great alarm call if you want one, but if you don't, it could be a harsh awakening.

Steven greeted us on arrival, nice and friendly man. Apartment was clean, spacious,comfortable and with private parking. Apartment was 2 minutes walk to the beach and town centre. If we go back to weymouth for a holiday, we will definitely try these apartments again

Location was fabulous, car parking on site was invaluable. Accommodation covered all of our essential needs, lots of supermarkets nearby. Some exceptional restaurants (Hamiltons and El Molo were our favourites but make sure to book in high season). Our host was welcoming and helpful.

Location excellent, apartment well equipped, good value for money. Car parking was a bonus Highly recommended.

Nothing , everything was OK and will stay there again when in Weymouth.

The peaceful location and the secure parking were definite pluses. The apartment was comfortable, well decorated and generally well-equipped apart from towels, tea towels, bath mat and non slip in bath shower mat. These are not provided. It does say in the small print that linen is provided but it doesn’t say towels are not provided so we didn’t realise. The friendly owner lent us a couple of towels which helped. There is a very good store called the Range where we bought the rest of the things we needed.

This is a well furnished apartment very close to the front (2 mins form the beach given favourable traffic). It was comfortable and the secure parking is a definite bonus.

It is more compact than we are used to.

Great location literally a couple of minutes from the seafront promenade. Right behind the clock tower. About 15 minutes walk to the quayside. A huge bonus is the secure parking at the rear of the apartment so no searching for a space after a day out. The photos really don’t do it justice, we stayed in the one bedroom apartment and it was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The carpets and the bedroom furniture all appeared to be fairly new. Steven, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful. Friendly and thoughtful, spontaneously bringing me an extension lead without me even noticing that the position of the sockets in the bedroom may have made drying my hair a little tricky. Little touches like that are appreciated 😊 I’m confident that if there were any issues Steven would have worked hard to resolve them. Thankfully we didn’t need to put that to the test though as everything was smooth running and spot on 👍🏻 Great stay, likely to return.

Two minute walk to beach, off street gated parking within the property. Owner was nice and friendly.

Sofa was bit dated but not that important. 2nd larger fridge missing some shelves.

Loved the central location, clean lovely rooms, fabulous having parking on site and the owner was beyond fantastic. I would highly recommend staying at these apartments.

TV and cooker could do with upgrading but we managed fine.

Fully self contained. Very clean. Secure parking. Very close to the sea front. Friendly, welcoming and very helpful owner.
