Having booked the villa for the first 2 weeks of August we were hoping for the best for our first vacation post covid to Cyprus, we have visited this area several times and love the tranquility of the area . The villa exceeded expectations, very homely and amazingly well equipped, Angela the owner was extremely helpful with any enquiries and the info provided regarding the villa is first class . The villa is in very nice condition with really nice gardens and private pool , the back garden has uninterrupted views of the valley right accross to Aphoridite hills golf club in the distance , extremely peaceful place to stay and relax . A short drive to Kouklia and pissouri village squares for traditional Cyprus food/restaurants and half an hour to Pafos makes this a perfect area in my opinion . Will highly recommend this Villa to friends and family . Many thanks Angela for a great stay .

Villa is lovely and has everything you need. The location is remote which we wanted but a car is needed. There are some lovely tavernas in nearby village. The view from the balcony and pool stunning. Angela’s communication from booking through to the end of the holiday was great, we had everything we needed. Would definitely book again.

Spouse, self and teenage children (18,17 & 14) spent 2 weeks in this lovely place. Everything in the villa was just as you want: spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and easy to use. Beautiful views over the valley and the sea, perfect pool (looked after twice a week by Darren) and strong consistent Wi-Fi signal made everyone happy. All the little things were though of for us: well equipped kitchen, pool inflatables, plenty of pool towels, comfortable furniture inside and out and a perfect welcome food parcel on arrival. Angela made arrival process straightforward and answered a couple of questions for us during the stay. We enjoyed using this villa both as a convenient base for exploring (close by access to the A6 made for easy runs to Paphos, Limassol and the coast) and as a gorgeous private haven to laze in the sun.

Just returned (reluctantly) from a week in this fabulous Villa in Secret Valley, it is absolutely fantastic, perfect for a quiet, relaxing break and has everything you could possibly need and more. The Villa is very well equipped and is really clean and well looked after, comfortable beds and lots of places to relax either in the sun or in the shade, which is very welcome in the midday Cyprus sun! The pool area is lovely and clean too with stunning views across Secret Valley, just the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. We’ll be back for sure!!

The villa was lovely, very clean and comfortable and very well equipped with everything you need for true home from home experience, the views from the pool are amazing we didn't want to leave. The owner's were great and very helpful and had a great guide to the house and the area. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Villa Elena is an extremely well equipped, comfortable villa. Everywhere was clean and well thought through in terms of what you would need for your holiday, lots of little details that make it feel like a home from home. Angela was an excellent host, sent through all the information in good time and responded quickly to any queries. We would highly recommend the villa and we will definitely be staying there again.

We had a fantastic time in this great villa which has everything you need for a relaxing holiday! The house has all the necessary appliances, very nice rooms and a great pool and is situated in a very nice neighbourhood. Angela, the owner, has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process - informing us about the house and also about the Covid-19 situation in Cyprus and making sure that everything was perfect for our arrival - there was even a welcoming food package which was great as we arrived late. The housekeeper on site is also very kind and helpful. All in all, a great experience which we highly recommend!

An easy drive from the airport and only 25 mins from the centre of Paphos and other small villages and attractions. The villa was as described with an amazing view of the valley at the rear and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is very well equipped especially the kitchen, with all good quality appliances. The pool was very clean and warm and enjoyed by everyone. Amazing villa ,exceeded what we expected .The pool was great it had deep and shallow end which was really safe for my son as he cant swim so he new which end was okay for him and my older child enjoyed the other end ,it was warm enough that you could swim at 7 am and the kids thought it was a real treat going in at night .Would go back in a heart beat .

Lovely villa, fantastic views, good sized pool, everything you need for a lovely relaxing break. You do need a car to access nearby locations. But great beaches and villages nearby. The location of the villas is an easy 20 min drive from Paphos and was exactly as described. It enjoys the sun to the front and rear but also provides areas of shade which was greatly appreciated in the summer heat, as was the generously sized pool. Villa Elena is a real home from home, comfortable and well provisioned with absolutely everything you could possibly need. We would have no hesitation in returning and this probably says all that needs to be said. Highly recommended and 10 out of 10 from us!

Good instructions on how to find the villa. Beautifully clean with excellent facilities and not overlooked. We had everything we needed. Pool was gorgeously warm and clean and the kids made great use of the warm outdoor shower. The views were great. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating both front and back of the property when we needed some shade. The beds were huge and comfy and the fans and aircon were very useful. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the friendly neighbour called in on us to make sure we were OK. Restaurants and bars are a short drive away and it doesn't take you long to get your bearings. You do need a car as everything is a drive away. All in all a great stay and would fully recommend. Thankyou!

This is a beautiful villa in a superb location. We arrived at the villa just 40 minutes after landing at Paphos, and this included collecting our hire car and stopping at the local supermarket! The villa has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. It's location is ideal for visiting the numerous pretty villages and historical sites in Southern Cyprus. We enjoyed breakfast with the sun rising over the pool and the sunsets at nearby Aphrodite's Rock. The local village has a great range of traditional restaurants with entertainment at several during the week we stayed. English TV channels was a bonus! Can't wait to book again and go back soon. Highly recommended!

Firstly, as previous residents of Cyprus we have stayed in many different villas throughout the island. Villa Elena instantly exceeded our expectations. It was well maintained, equipped and cleaned to a high standard. The villas elevated location also allows for a much welcoming, cooling breeze in the evening. The information that is provided was very useful (even for us) and suitably detailed. The pool was very clean and private with stunning views. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and a welcoming pack of essentials was great, we arrived at (23.00) so no opportunity to shop before the morning. The bedrooms are a good size with comfy beds and wifi is accessible throughout the villa. The TV is muti-channel with all the UK and sky channels provided. This is an excellent base for anyone wishing to explore Cyprus and we will certainly consider staying here again when we return.

We stayed for 3 weeks from 21st July - 11th August and had an amazing time. We were looking for somewhere that was quiet and we definitely got this. Both houses either side were away, as was the house opposite. The villa was clean and well equipped with air conditioning, English television channels and everything that you need for a home from home stay. It was also great to have the bedding and towels changed each week. The pool was lovely and warm (like a bath) and was cleaned several times a week during our stay. The garden is well tended and pretty and there are fabulous views over the hills at the back where you can see both the Aphrodite and Secret Valley golf courses - although there were not many people playing due to the heat. We loved the two outside seating areas and made use of both; in the morning the front was lovely and cool and in the evening we ate on the back terrace. There is a really good gas BBQ (also clean) and plenty of sunbeds and cushions. The communication from Angela was spot on both before the visit, on arrival and on return. The guide book was really informative and we especially liked the recommendation of Gabriels in Kouklia village. This restaurant was fantastic and we visited 3 times most weeks and were treated almost like family. The food is excellent and the prices reasonable. During our stay we visited lots of different beaches - from the one at the bottom of the hill (25 minute walk each way) to Pissouri, Polis and Coral Bay. We had a really good time and would have no hesitation in recommending this villa or returning ourselves in the near future (hopefully). Thank you Angela.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at Villa Elena. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and the welcome pack was really welcomed by us having arrived around midnight. The manager - Susan introduced herself on our first day and checked we were happy with everything. We did have a small problem with a shower which Susan sorted immediately. There is a lot of useful information in the villa regarding restaurants and places to visit. The directions provided from the airport were probably the best we’ve ever received! The villa is in a very quiet residential area and you will need a car. The only suggestion I have for Angela is the addition of some fans to help with the hot nights! We’re just back from 1 week at Villa Elena. We had a wonderful stay. Villa was very clean had everything we needed, great outdoor area with wonderful view of the mountains, set in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Hire car essential to get around and see the beautiful villages in the surrounding area. Kouklia and Pisourri village squares were particularly nice for eating out. This is a extremely comfortable villa furnished to a very high standard in a quiet residential location close to Paphos. It was just perfect, with everything needed for a relaxing enjoyable holiday. Within easy reach of local attractions and restaurants and a good base to explore the south west quadrant. Highly recommended. I for sure will consider a return visit.

Took our two children for a week during October half term. Weather was lovely and villa very comfortable and spacious with a clean private pool in peaceful residential area. Plenty to do locally: we enjoyed the local harbour restaurants as well as Coral Beach and a trip to the zoo- all within striking distance. Definitely one to come back to!

This property is a short journey from Paphos airport in a quiet location that is within easy reach of a number of holiday activities, which include water sports, pleasant towns and historical sites. The owners have taken a lot of care when planning their villa and aim to make your stay enjoyable. There was a welcome pack at the villa when we arrived which, given our late flight, was very welcome. We were contacted a day or so into our holiday to check things were OK, another nice touch. We would recommend this villa to others and would love to come back to it if possible in the future. The owners want to create a great experience for their guests; and they succeed.

Our first stay in Cyprus and boy did we do well with this Villa! Besides the perfect location (*albeit you will need a car or be prepared for a couple of taxis to get to a supermarket), the villa is absolutely immaculate. The owners clearly take pride in their second home and it shows. Spotless, huge floor space, large rooms, great bathrooms and a beautiful pool. Ideally situated in quiet private community. Extremely well equipped with quality furniture and soft furnishings and kitchen with plentiful supply of crockery. Beautiful outside dining area overlooking pool and stunning views. Private secluded pool area with ample sun beds and sun shades. Property very clean and well maintained with very helpful manager. Close to Paphos and local smaller villages. Would highly recommend and we will hope to return again soon.
