This home is exactly as pictured online. The view of the sea is beautiful from the kitchen and lounge windows. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we felt at home instantly. The host was easy to get a hold of and great to deal with. We weren’t able to figure out how to use the tv in the lounge, but we didn’t travel here to watch tv, anyway! We had a great time here and will surely come again. This ground-floor apartment is light, spacious and well-appointed and (as has already been mentioned) “with all mod cons”. The beach is just a few yards away and there’s a beach-front café a short walk along the coastal path. Excellent.!!

The apartment fully lived up to the very high expectations we were given in the online information. The views of the sea from the apartment are accurately described as 'stunning'. Matt was a terrific host who responded rapidly to any queries we had. We'd love to come back again! We can highly recommend an early evening walk by the sea with fish and chips at the Bluebird Cafe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this bright and spacious flat, which was generously equipped with toiletries and the basics, and very comfortably furnished and clean throughout. Nicely located in a quiet and pretty neighbourhood, and with the bonus of sea views and pleasant coastal walks from the front door - we couldn't have wished for a better holiday.

An excellent apartment a few yards form the sea. All mod cons.

Lovely accommodation, ideally located right on the seafront. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need. The host was a pleasure to deal with, we’ll definitely return

Welcoming, homely, clean and the most comfortable beds. Faultless and just the perfect location. We felt right at home from the moment we opened the front door. Blissful mornings, waking up to sea views. The only disappointment was that we had to leave after a fabulous 5 days! We will return 100%

The area is massively dog friendly, there are nice eateries and great food delivery options. We would definitely go again. We enjoyed a lovely sunny week here in this 1st class apartment. The location is brilliant with beautiful coastal walks on the doorstep. Everything In the flat was spotlessly clean. Can’t recommend it more highly....we will be back!

We had a brilliant week in Sundowner! The house was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Well equipped with really comfy beds. The weather was patchy but being right on the beach it didn't matter, we just popped out when it stopped raining and watched the stormy sea from the cosy living room. We enjoyed windy seaside walks, a day out in Brighton, a walk to Rustington and seeing family locally. A great house to stay in and we will be back!

We had a wonderful week in Ferring. The location of the property is fantastic & the apartment was well kitted out.

A wonderful apartment for your family to stay in and use as your base while visiting Ferring and the surrounding area. The apartment is clean and modern and has everything you need to make it a home from home. Will be returning as soon as possible.

What an exceptional place! Matt’s immaculate apartment is filled with light and unbeatably located right on the beach. We enjoyed a blissful week relaxing in this clean and comfortable place, watching the passers by and soaking up the sun on the front lawn. Daily swims in the sea, long coastal walks with plenty of fresh air and open skies. Short walks to beachside cafes – fish and chips watching the tide come in. The flat has everything you need to make you feel at home, while being spotlessly clean and having all the little luxuries to add a special touch of indulgence – white bathrobes, TVs in every room, a bottle of wine in the fridge. Communication was friendly and efficient; all in all an unforgettable holiday and highly recommended!

Despite the atrocious weather conditions all week we managed to have a great time. The location was just what we wanted but the weather wasn’t!! It was supposed to be a fishing holiday by the sea! The boys did get some fishing done but was very limited because of the very strong winds. Recommended for outdoor people.

A stunning beachfront apartment. Equipped with everything you need and more. Wonderful local walks, shops,cafes, restaurants and fish and chips! Within easy reach of Worthing, Goring, Amering and Rustington. Quiet and relaxing, beautifully maintained gardens quite a magical place.

The property was fantastic - modern, spacious, uncluttered but homely, and recently refurbished by the looks of it. There was plenty of storage, nice big bed, modern appliances, great shower, fairly good internet connection. The host was easy to communicate with and we had all the information we needed. The location was absolutely stunning - on a quiet street, right next to the beach, lovely cafe just a short walk along the seafront. Couldn’t fault it really, and would definitely stay again!

Stunning beach front stay! This is an outstanding place for a holiday the view is superb and the facilities are excellent. Everything is in place for a perfect break, which we had. We will definitely return to Ferring and this lovely beach front rental.

This is a nicely refurbished apartment with easy access to the shingle beach and a large garden, safe for children to play on. The village of Ferring is nearby and provides shopping facilities. Would recommend Sea Lane cafe, nice lunches and a beach front location.

Apartment very clean and well equipped ,and perfectly situated for the beach and coastal walks .lovely area with plenty of supermarkets a short drive away and other beach resorts like Worthing and Littlehampton. Loved the sunset walks

The apartment has been recently renovated to a high standard and is equipped with modern tech and all the creature comforts you would expect. Although the apartment was self-catering the basics were included such as tea, coffee, biscuits, washing powder etc. Everything to allow you to catch you breath when you first arrive. The location of the apartment is wonderful, it is located in a residential area with no passing traffic, the only sounds in the morning is the crashing waves (at high tide) and the bird song. The apartment opens out onto a beautifully manicured lawn which is wonderful for relaxing or for children who like to run around. The village of Ferring is within walking distance and so once you have done a weekly shop, all the basics can be bought from the local shops which you can access on foot. There is a beachside cafe, a pub and local shop, all within walking distance. The high water mark of the beach is shingle however at low tide sandy parts of the beach is exposed. The number of people on the beach is very limited and during the week it really does feel like your private beach.

Loved our stay in Ferring, the flat is very well equipped and finished to a high standard. It's right next to the beach with no road from the front of the house to the beach so great for kids. The location is a great base for the general area.
