A lovely, comfortable and well appointed house that is close to the beach. We had a brilliant stay.

This is a very neat, comfortable & relaxing 2 story property in secluded Second Valley. There is no Wi-Fi so teenagers beware! It is a short stroll from the jetty, with easy access to Normanville and Cape Jervis. Outside there's a great pizza oven, bbq and a brazier for chilly nights. Inside has a gorgeous gas fire plus ducted a/c. We had an unexpected power issue which the owner was very prompt in sorting out, and a blocked toilet (but there are 3 so it didn't bother us). There's a terrific supply of games which we enjoyed, and a divine claw foot bath. Overall, a lovely property for a wintry holiday exploring our magnificent Fleurieu Peninsula.

Nice place though 17 stairs to upper 2 bedrooms can be a small challenge. Great otherwise, and proximity to jetty and kiosk fantastic. Ingalalla Falls nice picnic spot. Normanville close by.

Enjoyable summer family vacation, lovely view and atmosphere within minutes walking distance to a spectacular beach

We loved sitting on the deck enjoying the sound of the birds and enjoying the peace. The living/ dining area was a great space. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery etc. Loved the beautiful kitchen table and chairs. Only fault were the venetian blinds. They were difficult to pull up and down and didn’t close properly in the bedrooms. Great place for a break. Short walk to the beach.

This property was perfect for my family's needs and it had everything you need which made our trip perfect! The house is literally walking distance to the second valley jetty and beach which is popular with so many so get up early and you will have the perfect fishing spot for squid or for spotting the whales or dolphins that pass by it's absolutely amazing it really is a rare sight just beautiful 💜 there's a local shop that has all you're fishing gear it's full of information on the local area and also has good coffee and food the best of all they have kayaks and you can see some beautiful caves and kayak through the beautiful waters of second valley .We stayed in our accommodation for 8 days and it was awesome their was a great pizza oven outside which we enjoyed on one of our nights ! Beds were very comfortable and sheets were fresh and crisp ! Aircon was also great! The only thing that was a major factor is we had no where to wash our clothes or towels which was Unfortunatethat was the only thing that was missing. Their was also allot of milipedes that would make their way into the house but that must be common in the area. Overall it was a perfect little haven for our family and would be perfect for families alike.
