The structure was very well located in the Old Town. Very near to National Opera. The owner offered clear instructions for the check in and check out. The lobby was stylish.
The rooms need renovation. Mostly the carpet, bathroom, refrigerator. There were a lot of noises early in the morning from the people accommodated in other rooms because of drunk status. Reception service it is needed to prevent this cases.

Nice location in old town, quiet street. Comfy bed, good shower and WiFi worked well. I loved the friendly resident pigeons in the courtyard, I hope they are well looked after.
The room wasn't very clean, there was dust and crisps on the floor under the desk. Mouldy grout in the bathroom. Worst thing was the curtains which didn't reach the edges of the windows so let light in all night, including the light from the foyer which came through the glass door to the courtyard. No air conditioning but the fan was appreciated. But for the price, problems weren't unexpected.
