We would stay there again. Plenty of basic supplies were provided e.g. toilet paper, coffee, tea, laundry detergent, facial wipes. The location is an ideal to explore Lisbon.

Pedros apartment was great. It is in a perfect location to walk around the city. Super convenient for young people. A car is not a necessity. Very good area restaurants, bars, and central easy accessibility to attractions. The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator. Just to be cautious regarding elderly, wheelchair access. Otherwise fantastic stay. Would do again definitely!

The place seemed great but it was very hot outside and the air conditioner was upstairs. The downstairs living area and bedroom were miserably hot even with a fan on. Not as close to restaurants and shops as we were led to believe. Had great difficulty getting in after waiting a couple of hours after our check-in time. Who knew we would need to pull, then push the warped door open? Brutally hot sitting on pavement waiting for someone to help us.

We loved our stay. Right down the street from a beautiful church. Market around the corner, great places to eat around the corner. Quick walk to Principe Reel. The apartment was light and airy. We had plenty of space for a family of four. Ample kitchenwares, nice view from the outdoor space. Comfortable and clean beds. Air conditioning in upstairs bedroom and fan in lower bedroom. The apartment stayed nice and cool in late August. Had to look up the washing machine model bc the programs were numbers with no settings. Maybe a quick sheet on settings could be included for guests. The climb up the steep steps to the fourth floor apartment is confirmation that you will sleep well at night. Would love to stay again.

At a walking distance of all main attractions, with some groceries nearby. Check in process is flexible enough to accommodate our early fly and Pedro was really helpful to provide suggestions of many place to go for the rest of our trip. Note that stairway are a bit narrow and some steep, and nearby parking is at 5 min walking distance.

We happened to come during a heat wave so the one AC unit upstairs was having a hard time keeping the whole place cool (we were also keeping it off during the day while we were out to keep energy waste down) but everything else was excellent. Appreciate our host's communication!

A lovely place to stay in a good location. Very convenient to a tram stop and also easy enough to walk to most of the central attractions as long as you are happy walking. Walking is one of the best ways to see Lisbon. Some food local places to eat as well as convenient small supermarket. The apartment has everything you need for a city break

We stayed here for 4 nights with our family if 5 including teenagers. The location was great, sleeping arrangements worked out well and the view was well worth the steep flights of stairs! Pedro and his brothers family that met us upon arrival were very helpful and welcoming.

BA & TAP airlines made us a day’s delay to Lisbon, plus lost one persons luggage. I have not been able to enjoy Lisbon due to calls back and forth and not able to leave the apt for 2days. Very frustrating, and I wish I could have enjoyed your city

Six of us stayed at this property and had an amazing time. Everything was modern and clean and the apartment was light and airy. Check in was very smooth, and the apartment was in a great location.

Our stay was amazing. From Pedro meeting us to let us in on day one to our check out day, we really enjoyed staying here. There was a welcome bottle of wine left for us and that made us feel right at home! The neighborhood was great. Highly recommend!

This apt worked well for our family. Although it's A LOT of steps up & down, we considered this part of our exercise & my legs are in great shape now. Btw - don't pack heavy suitcases for these stairs!! Place is well stocked, we didn't want for a thing! Loved the little balcony, great views from there. Owner was accommodating w/ our ckin. They met us there after a long day of travel and mishaps. Communication was great!!

As seniors, there are 3 factors that are most important to us. They are cleanliness, safety and location. Pedro's apartment highly fulfills these 3 factors. The neighborhood is very quiet except for the rooster crowing at 4 am every morning, just kidding. Have to say the 4 flights of stairs were a bit challenging for us seniors, but we persevered. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon. Jan and Denise

Our stay in the appertment was excellent. Everything was fine and well organized. The appartment was clean, it was well equiped and nicely situated. Pedro and Naide were superb hosts.

The balcony view is lovely, the hosts were wonderful and the music of the sound of tram 28 (famous yellow one ) adds to the ambiance. A steep four flights is the only negative, I’m 73 and had no problem there.
