best ever ski trip very sunny but great snow high being right next to ski lift
location and I liked great bathroom with good shower.
only one key. long walk to supermarket and having to pick up key some way from property would have been annoying if the transfer minibus driver had not stopped off so I could pick up key before taking us to apartment.

Incompetant Rentals
Nothing - Terrible, should be called Incompetent Rentals.
Firstly went to the office to pick up the keys and was informed that parking was available outside the apartment in the service road and to walk up to the flat, I queried a locker room key attached to the bunch but was told there is no locker and that key must be a mistake and to store our ski gear in the flat. When we arrived we had to lug our luggage across a very slippery car parking area up a few flights of stairs across an uncleared area and up two flights of stairs. We had to carry our ski gear every night up to the apartment even though there were signs throughout the building to not store ski gear in the apartments. I unfortunately only went for an exploration walk in the building on the last night and found my way down into the basement passed the restaurant toilets and found an underground car park with an allocated parking space for the flat plus the ski locker, when I queried this with the office all they said was oh sorry. On the first night of arriving all the lights in the main bedroom were not working and one in the lounge. There was a leak from the radiator in in the main bedroom onto the carpet, I put a container under it to catch the leak but had to get up twice each night to empty it out so that it did not overflow onto the carpet. I reported this numerous times to HR but each time was just told that someone was coming or that they were too busy. We went skiing every day so unfortunately the jug overflowed eveyday while we were out and saturated the carpet. HR were happy for us to carry on staying here under these conditions, and the problem still wasnt sorted after we left. The whole flat suffered from excess moisture with the curtain in the lounge covered in mould, rotten and falling apart. Numerous other faults including the very small upstairs room, extractor in bathroom not working however, due to the limited space i can write here can't list them all. Asked 4 times for wifi password - was told they would be txt to us but still,...

The location was great.
1. The instructions for reaching the property were only applicable for people with a car. The photos were taken in summer and were furthermore incomprehensible. We arrived by bus and walked for 30 min down the road following these instructions when we could have walked for 10 mins! 2. The fact that there was no internet wasn’t clear enough. 3. There was no actual address for the residence just the bad directions. 4. The emergency number is only valid for certain very limited hours this completely defeating the purpose of it being a EMERGENCY number. For us this posed a real problem as we misplaced the door keys after the emergency hours and were therefor locked out of the property and had to to down to Chamonix at 1130 pm on the last bud and look for a hotel at great expense.

Location&Balcony & stunning views Parking outside but access lane in poor condition
Also the supplies left were a bottle of wine-as we were arriving late with children I presumed we would have been left some water/milk/bread tea bags ,Loft bedroom v v warm, no head height. Very very limited supplies-1 tiny soap, 1 tiny tube of shower gel & washing up liquid,1 dishwasher tablet, 1 black sack in the bin-no spares, 1 or 2 toilet rolls, no kitchen roll. All these things are a pain to buy on holidays as you end up throwing away extras. I think you should provide more of these.

Nice with ski in ski out but not value for money
The location is very good since it's basically ski in ski out. Ski rental very close. Restaurant (daytime) in same building. The bathroom in the apartment was new and a pleasant shower.
The beds upstairs was really uncomfortable, and when laying in the beds the foots hit the roof. Far too low roof hight. The apartment was not very clean. We needed to start by washing glasses and plates. The children found cookies and candy paper under the beds upstairs.

Garage door opener didn’t work. Description of second “room” didn’t mention the lack of ceiling height. Bins in bath room not emptied.
