Wonderful location, lovely quiet road but just a short walk to the Piazza and the train station. The apartment was secure, clean and spacious and suited us perfectly.
No air con in the kitchen living area, it wasn’t a massive problem but just meant we tended to stay in the bedrooms.

Allowed to check in early and leave bags after departure to collect later
Bed was VERY uncomfortable. Cheap mattress. Water pressure and temperature in shower kept changing. Although the apartment was clean, the toilet smelt awful

The apartment is very big - two big size bedrooms and a common area kitchen. Both rooms had their own bathrooms. There is a washing machine in the kitchen that is convenient if you are on a long trip. The apartment is in the perfect location - walking distance to the bus terminal and train station (same spot) - very close to the historic center. Literally walk out the door turn left and 2 minutes you are at the arena. The apartment is away from the hustle and noise of the historic center but close enough to be right there. We felt very safe walking back each night late at night. Verona is magical at night. We were given a nice bottle of white wine upon arrival - this was a nice touch and very thoughtful. Also Cristina has plenty of seat cushions for the Verona Arena - this was very helpful as we saw Placido Domingo in concert one of the nights we were there. When I return to Verona I will 100 percent stay here again.
The one bedroom is so large the A.C. unit had a difficult time cooling it down unless all the doors were closed (including to the bathroom). This made the room cool but the bathroom warm. The other room was a perfect size for the A.C. unit.

Perfect place for a weekend. Perfectly located between Opera and the Train Station.

Spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Great location, near enough to all the attractions. The Eurospar shop within 300m is an excellent amenity.
Though overall the apartment is very spacious the living area is quite small and lacks a sofa.

Easy walk to main attractions of Verona. Host was absolutely lovely and accommodating. Great facilities, comfortable and easy meeting for check in.

We were travelling by train - the apartment is only about 1 km away from the Porta Nuova Station. Cristina, whom we informed of our artrival time by text message, was waiting for us at the entrance gate. She explained all the features of the apartment to us and gave us a quick overview on the touristic highlights of Verona. The Arena (we went to see 2 concerts there) was only a 10 min walk away from the apartment. Along the way, there are several nice restaurants, cafés, bars, etc. In other words: perfect location for sightseeing. As for the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. Everything was in very good shape, well maintained and cleaned, we did not miss any kitchen or bathroom equipment. Although located close to the city centre, it was absolutely quiet at night.
Nothing worth mentioning. Perhaps, a sofa would have been nice to have, but this is impossible to implement due to the apartment's layout.

On arrival at the location, the host, Cristina was there to meet us with the keys and was most helpful and responsive during our stay. Any queries we had, she was back to us straight away. The apartment was in a great location and would highly recommend it - close to the centre - less than 10 minutes walking from Piazza Bra and the Arena, where you can get buses to Pescheira, Bardolina and Garda, close to lots of restaurants and cafes/bars etc and approx 20 minutes in a taxi from the airport.

The location is perfect , easy access to the center of city and very quite during our stay.
Two bathroom and well equipped kitchen , air-conditioning , washer all are available and well organized.
Especially Lucio the friend of host is exceptional , very kind and supportive. He is always reachable via mobile and quick answer to my question. I highly recommend this apartment.

Location was excellent, midway (12 minutes walk) between the railway/bus station and the Verona Arena. Good air conditioning (outside temperature was 35 degrees!). Host had very kindly left us presecco in fridge. Everything was spotless and the flat was very well equipped.
Almost too clean!! The flat smelt very strongly of cleaning products. No outlook - opening the windows was not feasible as there was noise from the entrance to the underground carpark during the night.

Excellent location right in the centre. Clean and comfy apartment with very easy check in and check out. The host even left a bottle of prosecco and water in the fridge for our arrival which was a nice touch.

Excellent accommodation for a solo female traveller. Within walking distance of the Verona Arena and Verona Porta Nuova train station. Very clean and lots of useful appliances e.g. washing machine, cooker, microwave, hairdryer.

The landlord is just too nice, she left US a botlenof wine as soon as we got there, the facilities was perfectly clean and tidy.
