Lovely setting by the fishing lakes

Our accommodation didn’t have a hot tub!

Perfect location for a few days fishing on a well kept lake. The hosts were fantastic, being just a phonecall away from anything that was needed. Perfect spot for a relaxing fishing break for father and son - without the need to Bivvy Up!! Thank you, they will definitely return!

Lovely location and the studio size was ample for the two of us. Great location to explore the surrounding Cotswolds from and the lake on your doorstep allowed the wife and I to fish in between sight seeing

Appreciate you can't help spiders climbing in through open windows however it was obvious some of them had lived in the studio for some time given the number of flies in the webs - Only thing that let this place down was the cleanliness which could have been better

The situation on the lake is beautiful. The accommodation is modern, reasonably well equipped, clean and comfortable. I had booked 3 units as we were a party of 14. The one unit (Grebe)is very cramped for 4 people, both Grebe and Mallard only have tabletop ovens. The photos are very confusing on booking.com as they are from all 4 properties and do not pertain to each specific property. EVERYONE in my party having read the booking thought we were staying in the big house

Vacuum didn't work, no sweeping brush, no means of recycling (we took it home with us), no food waste bins, no tablets or testing sticks for hot tub so it smelled of cabbage on 2nd day, only wifi in stone house, could feel springs in bed

Stephen was an amazing host. Always answered when I called and suggested a few local places to visit. Good location. Will definitely go back in the summer.
