Amazing family run hotel. helpful, friendly and professional staff. I don’t remember the staff’s name but saw him mostly at the reception by the pool side, he was very professional and helpful, always eager to help. Ayesha and Hassan are siblings made sure we are comfortable. My brother who stayed with his whole family told me to stay here on my holidays and spoke highly about it. I can say everything he said was true.

Internet Connectivity was an issue maybe it was just my room but overall stay would have been exceptional if internet was good.

Size of the room was good and location good.

There was very little storage for clothes. No drawers. The food was supposed to be a la carte but very basic. Breakfast was okay, when items ran out there was no more ie boiled eggs ran out and told no more!! No alcohol was available at hotel.

The location of the hotel is nice, quite place, a bit away from the noise of the Main Street, which is really nice. The room are spacious and the outdoor environment of the hotel is nice - a lot of plants, swimming pool. It gives the sensation of relaxation. I haven’t tried the breakfast so I can’t say anything about that.

The room wasn’t clean when I entered and they cleaned it again, the bed wasn’t comfortable at all - my bones were hurting, the sheets and covered were torn and not clean. I had problem with the front door - difficult to lock it and difficult to unlock it. And we didn’t have hot water on some of the days. I wanted to cancel my reservation because of all the issues with the cleanness of the room and they wanted me to pay 50% of the price - for what - for not nicely clean room. I stayed because I paid, but I didn’t enjoy it at all.

The room and hotel's aesthetics were very nice. The hotel was clean. Breakfast buffet was great and had many options. The staff was very helpful. The pool was very nice. There are games like table tennis and snooker aswell as board games available for the guests.

Wifi was slow and usually not working. There were alot of mosquitos in the room and the hotel didn't have bug spray or anything to get rid of the mosqitos on hand. There's no elevator so I had to carry my luggage up to my room.

hotel staff were really friendly helpful and welcoming. Location was perfect as it was close to the main strip (a short walk) however not noisy when trying to sleep. Facilities were great especially the pool table!

Great bathroom and shower, comfy bed,, quiet location, its a 5 mins walk around the back from the restaurants/ bars in Hisaronu. Nice pool, my room had a cute balcony overlooking the pool (I think all rooms do), good breakfast, very clean, and lovely staff. No complaints at all.

location, and too many rules and regulations don’t do this don’t do that etc etc felt like a regimental place including buffet breakfast is served army style you can’t pick up anything one has to stand in line to get served

Nice hotel and good breakfast

We liked the location, it was a two minute walk from the strip and a taxi call box was right outside. Very clean and modern decor/facilities. A lovely shower. Staff were lovely, took our bags before check in and let us hang around the social areas after check out.

The WiFi was a bit slow and it wasn’t clear what modem to connect to. This is a superficial issue really but for us personally it is expensive to use data so we were relying on WiFi to contact family, plan excursions etc.

beautiful pool, clean rooms, tasty breakfast. the hotel is really close to the center (less than 5 minutes walk). there are lots of restaurants near the hotel. the beach is 8 min far by car. (the most beautiful beach i’ve ever seen)

Perfect peaceful location on the edge of hisaronu. All staff members are very helpful and genuine. The breakfast was hearty and varied. The chef was brilliant, quality meals at a good price. Comfortable bed, powerful shower, with good air con. It had basic amenities but you wouldn’t expect anymore for the price. We hope to stay again.

The Wi-Fi was not the best in our room, but we managed fine.

very friendly front desk woman who was extremely helpful in getting us information about how to get to Oludeniz Beach and the bus system. we also liked the complimentary breakfast, bed was comfortable and very clean. very close to restaurants and transportation

The Wi-Fi never worked, we had a pretty bad door and handle, the tv did not work, and our shower drain was completely plugged and left our floor soaking wet.
