Apartment great and location was great
Swimming pool was too deep for children to play in. If they were to have a shallow end I would rate the apartments 10 out of 10

Apartment was lovely. Great view and location. Within walking distance to everything you'd want. Staff very friendly and proficient.

Location was nice and quiet away from the strip ..staff was very nice and helpful
Didn’t like the pool depth it was the same depth throughout and not suitable for young children and non swimmers …Also no umbrellas to shade from

The location was brilliant, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Near to all bars, restaurants, shopping centres and lidl. The staff were so nice and helpful.

Location was ok
Disappointed there were no toiletries supplied and didn't like having glass in door of bathroom, not great for privacy.

We loved the location, plus we like the smaller complex settings, ideal for adults just to chill which is what we go away to do. The staff were all very friendly and helpful
Unfortunately we had a problem with 2 families that arrived ,2 women with 6 children between them from the UK who were extremely noisy from when they arrived on the Sunday evening. We could hear absolutely everything in our apartment. A lot of guests were quite annoyed with the disruption and noise they created.
We had a few ants in the apartment but I understand as it was a ground floor apartment. Also I think the pillows could do with replacing, they were very poor.

Apartment was fantastic, we had a large balcony overlooking the pool, I feel it was one of the nicer ones on site, cleaned every day, walking distance to the main strip, close to shopping centre and supermarket, would highly recommend.

Superbly clean and comfortable apartment with everything you need. Unlimited hot water makes a great change. Short walk to the beach and all facilities. Gated small complex so very secure. Housekeeping was top class and the reception staff were very helpful and cheerful. Plenty of street parking in quiet area.
The only negative was a mature noisy neighbour who didn't appear to know the meaning of quiet. Especially late at night and very early morning, shouting to the upper balcony residents. Not the Vista Mar's fault so we would still recommend and stay again 😊

great location, nice people and good value given the price we paid. lovely gesture on final day allowing us to stay until 4pm and wouldn’t take any payment! Great customer care!

lovely clean apartment, spacious and comfortable for the price
there was no Air conditioning in the apartment we stayed in December so didn’t make any difference but it would be a bit uncomfortable during warmer months.

Clean in all areas. High standard. Staff extremely helpful at all times. Will be back next year.
Next time i will ask for apartment on ground floor due to arthritis to many steps for me. however, that's a personal choice.

Everything went superb from easy pick up of keys great spotless apartment & good sea views which we had requested while booking online. The staff have to be credited with 100% commitment to the job that they administer to The Vista Mar Apartments they are so approachable friendly & a pleasure to talk to will definitely be booking with them again in the near future with many thanks to them all.

Nice decor - simple but pleasant
Nice little pool although we only had a couple of swims as we went to the beach.
It is a bit of a hill back to property but very close to the beach, strip of shops and restaurants. At the rear of the apartments the shopping centre and old town are a few minutes away.
It was quite hot in the apartments- obviously we are in Lanzarote- but a fan or air conditioning would have been so much better.
although admittedly I didn’t ask reception.
The mattresses on the single beds dipped in the centre so new mattresses are needed.
The beds were made daily and we stayed for 7 nights and clean towels were provided once which I believe is enough.

The complex was in a very quiet location but close to the shopping mall and there was a Spar within a 3 min walk away. It is also within a 10 min walk to both the old and new towns.
The price we paid for the apartment for one week was over expensive considering everything. The beds were not the best, pretty uncomfortable actually. When we used the toaster and microwave at the same time the power would trip and turn off, so we had to use both separately. The towels looked they hadn't been replaced with new one's in quite a while.
